    LmaoOOOOOooooooOOOOooo.

Soooo he sold you a batch of poison brownies. Here goes the Lying **** in Chief, denying Global Warming, while constructing a sea wall to "stop the effects of climate change."

Per the statement itself: But the environmental-impact statement cited in the Trump Hotel's application relies on facts about global warming presented by governmental scientists. The statement cites an Irish study that says erosion will continue at a steady rate through 2050. “If the predictions of an increase in sea level rise as a result of global warming prove correct, however, it is likely that there will be a corresponding increase in coastal erosion rates not just in Doughmore Bay but around much of the coastline of Ireland," the statement reads.

Lying **** in Chief has used Global Warming to protect his assets, then convinces all the plebian voters that picked him that Global Warming is a hoax.

    SHAME.

Trump perhaps accepts that we're winessing a shift in climate, but doesn't necessarily ascribe that shift to human activity. I'd point to Mars as an example. Scientists believe Mars had surface water, which would indicate it had atmosphere. Over the course of millenia, Mars atmosphere, and water evaporated, without the influence of inhabitants. The sun will some day super nova ... the universe itself is said to be contracting. Being environmentally responsible is a good thing, hysteria isn't.

While I agree with you, it's hysterical that his followers actually buy into his nonsense while ignoring what he does.

Seems to me that all that's happened here is that you - for political purposes - willfully conflated the commonly accepted notion that the climate does change with the notion that Man is enough responsible for it that we need to redistribute wealth.

Not working. If anything, the more you draw attention to the intentional conflation of the two, the less credible the AGW crowd gets.

None of Reckless Donnie's many lies and hypocrisy matter to his fawning cultists, Aph.

They latched onto him like a pack of hungry pibulls ... and they'll ride the crazy train till the bitter end.

Hell, at this point he could drop trou and take a dump on their heads and they'd still support and defend him...

Sure, and all the republican blow hard mary sues in government, along with der fuhrer, they are all exempt because, well, they're mary sues. None of the culpability to save our environment rests on them. It's all.... about corporate profits.

The studies that Trump's environmental study cites are noting climate change currently fueled, primarily, by man made forces...

Trumps given us all, including his supporters, reasons to be critical of him. If you're opposed to policies, negotiations are the way to address concerns, not demonization or rhetorical hyperbole. Seriously. We need to control our emotional responses and work on a more pragmatic compromises.

More made up crap from made up crap experts.

There is a difference between taking measures to protect property from beach erosion, etc as a consequence of expected climate evolution, and squawking like a headless chicken that Man is responsible and the country that has to pay for it is the US.

    Derp.

First of all, you provide no cites for your claim.

Second, whatever the study cites as causes doesn't mean that the attributed causes have to be to blame. The effects are obvious; the causes are what is dubious.

You guys continue to be willfully dishonest in constructing your narratives.

I find it hilarious that people equate erosion with man made global warming. :roflol: I'm going to venture a guess not many have a clue about our oceans. Why do ports build jetties? The ocean is in constant and perpetual motion, a sandbar here today is a sandbar over there tomorrow. It's a zero sum game, nothing is lost, nothing is gained.

I didn't think I needed to provide a cite because the citation is located in the OP - i.e. the "Irish study." I suppose I can find you a citation to the study directly if you need.

The erosion is being caused by higher sea levels which, in turn, is being caused by man made global warming.

    Why is that hilarious?

Add this ^ statement to the ranks of the clueless. Erosion is caused by wind and water movement. The land is still there, it's just moved a little offshore. Unbelievable.

No, you need to provide a cite because simply claiming that a study is cited does not mean that the study is accepted in whole cloth.

Unless, of course, you're a leftist, and it suits your narrative.

Do you really need help understanding that everyone believes and has believed that the climate is constantly changes? There's charts and everything.

Uh, no. Your willfully lack of comprehension of the real subject here is not amusing.

Maybe you need to discredit the source? You attempt is weak circular distraction. The Con Man in the WH is playing his base like a fiddle.

That's interesting, seeing as this OP provides what now passes for red meat to the empty leftist skulls who continue to buy the ladled slop provided by other progs.

I'm not discrediting the source, Thor. I'll be patient with you, as I am with anyone underaged. One can take action to stop their beach from eroding and not believe that Man is causing the erosion.

You are making a distinction without a difference. Soil that is a "little offshore" is soil that is no longer useful for a golf course.

Caveat emptor to the buyers. But blaming man made global warming for erosion is ridiculous.

Well, he sure used to believe in climate change when he was a Democrat. The real Trump comes through. Who couldn't see that one coming?
