Who would benefit if NK hit America with a nuke? Would China benefit? What if NK hit our oil pipeline or hit the US with a couple of EMPs. Maybe China is using NK as a proxy to threaten us without worrying about eating our nukes for financial gain. I'm not saying it's so, but you have to consider all options.
