There are numerous problems with gun buyback programs, though most gun control advocates are reluctant to speak about any of them. For one, the whole “no questions asked” policy that infest so many of these make them excellent places to dispose of evidence used in crimes.

However, one lawmaker wants to pay out a whopping 125 percent of the firearm’s value.

The unforeseen consequences of these 'feel good' pretend solutions can be a real problem.

Right. This would enable the recipient of the 125% to upgrade.

This just shows the utter intellectual bankruptcy of the gun control movement. Not only do they not understand firearms or the firearms culture or the law, they also don't understand economics.

I got some junk my late father left me-old 22 marlin or Sears 22 autos that are 80 years old and a bit rusty. an 870 I got 42 years ago that had an emergency stock repair done in Cali Columbia during a dove shooting trip-functional and cheap and quick it was-pretty it was not.

Think I'll get a nice tar 21 in an exotic caliber with the proceeds

Contact the member Turtledude directly and see if he is willing to sell it, and ship it directly to your local federally licensed firearms dealer.
