I always wished Obama would have taken a few more direct jabs at the media when they were ripping him, Bush even more so.

The only issue with Trump is he is so dam unscripted and unpolished with his speaking, downright rude.

That's exactly why I voted for him. Political 'Washington speak' was getting nothing done. I see now how prevalent non-action and money-taking had influenced our career legislators. Time for it to stop. I don't want professional politicians running our country. Trump doesn't need their money.....

Really? did you watch it? There were blacks there too. Of course, if Al Sharpton isn't there the left doesn't consider it legitimate....What does DDO mean?

Yes he did. You were too busy cheering Trump on to hear otherwise.

If calling them racist doesn't work (and it hasn't) try attacking their intelligence (and it won't)
You better look for some different tactics. There seems to be nothing you are for and that gets really old.

He said: "Look back there: the live red lights, they're turning those suckers off fast," Trump continued. "They're turning those lights off fast. Like CNN..... CNN does not want its falling viewership to watch what I'm saying tonight."

'like CNN' does not support your claim. I think if he hadn't said that,CNN may have turned their cameras off. I know they didn't and I watched the supposed 'journalist' Don Leman exhibit his prejudice against Trump after the speech. Trump was essentially correct anyway. CNN is a leftist-biased network.

Trump is too dumb that rudeness won't get the job done. He will need help from his party to get things done, but all I see is they will be distancing themselves from this raving petulant child.

I know you can take it. But when I choose not to challenge you, that's because of some internal voice that I listen to. Politics are important, but they are not everything.

I don't care to discuss my son in detail on an open forum, but he is my hero. He is the example of resilience and courage and loyalty to his service and to our country. And he is not alone.

I respect your volunteer work at the VA. I am acutely aware of what you mean when you said you "see the results of some of those wounded".

I donate to two wonderful organizations, so I'll take this opportunity to mention them.

One is the Gary Sinise Foundation. The Foundation builds homes for our severely wounded veterans.

The other is the Sentinels of Freedom. They give financial support to our wounded vets so that, once out of the service, they may go to school full time without having to worry about how they're going to support their family. When they complete their schooling, the organization uses its considerable resources and contacts to find a career position for the vet in the profession of their choice.

Both of these do amazing work.

We all are. Apparently RPA1 doesn't think that people are allowed to speak out about something they don't like. RPA1 is against free speech and is a fascist, you heard it here, folks.

    Good for both of you.

    Now, back on topic.

Trump is a total scumbag who is UNFIT for the office.

It is time for America to open their eyes and get rid of Trump by any legal means necessary.

Actually you fell for fake news.

"However no major news outlet's coverage of the rally stopped and no livestream of the president's speech appeared to be cut off, as Trump suggested."

'The Hill' offers no proof. In any case the link you posted is infected with ads.

LOL....the verbal gymnastics you jump through to defend a petulant child. NOBODY turned off their cameras. If Trump have any reasonable brain cells, he would realize that he IS President and get down and get some work DONE. He is a petulant child and his supporters like you are only enabling him.

....What? No proof of what? He claimed CNN was "turning off cameras" because they didn't want his speech to be seen. They have a video of him calling out CNN for this... on CNN, which played the rally in full.
