Hello, the tittle says all. I will begin with some of mine : _ If you're unhappy with something you didn't did you could have done yourself, don't say anything. _Be thankfull for everything you get, don't except anything for everything you do. _ Being good to people doesn't mean being nice. _ If you want to complain, ask yourself if it's necessary, if it's not, don't say anything. _ Don't waste your thoughts on unecessary things like "I can't" or blaming yourself unecessary, just act. Thoughts are a precious ressource. _ Don't be overproud, don't deny the qualities you have obviously. _Don't fear trials, they are here to improve you, as diamonds are only formed under great pressure, great men are shaped by great trials. Maybe more....
I have seen so many people fail to take profitable opportunities because of this. Including me. I would change this to "do your research and take calculated risks". Well that's just not true. I'm lovely, for instance! That is true, and untrue at the same time. The only person you can 100% rely on is yourself, but you can 80% rely on most people. Just have contingencies...
If you could have done something yourself and you didn't did that, you can't complain or if you're not happy, do it yourself.
Life is give and take, so sometimes you gotta take People actually get a kick out of helping you, so let them know why you want their help the best way to make yourself feel better about the world is helping other people
Complain yes, constructive criticism though? I'd say: "teach rather than complain" yep Top one. Very hard to do in practice! Yep, yep and yep
It's hard to teach. For instance your leg hurt, if your complain won't lead to a release of the pain or just informing people, I think it's unusefull. I make a big difference between criticism and complaining.
It is globally the principles which help you to rule your own life. Most of mine are mostly influenced by antic roman philosophers. I forgot that one : Don't treat yourself lower than you would treat a friend, don't treat yourself better than a strict parent would treat his children.
Live by the sword, die by the sword. If you are consumed with revenge make sure to dig two graves. If you stare too long into the abyss the abyss stares back at you. When you point your finger at someone there are three more pointing back at you.
