There seems to be three cars, the grey one the bloke is driving, a car you can vaguely see in front of it and a black car to the driver's right which is parked. Where is the victim? You say she can be seen - which one is she? Can you describe her position?

 

No, you made them before her body was cold. A girl I knew briefly, tied to people I love. We were not close, I simply broke bread with her. She was sweet. She was a good person. That was my takeaway. If he wanted to escape, he would have done what he actually did when trying to escape: he would have gone in reverse, where the path was clear. There was no clear path in front of him. Yeah, this is, unfortunately, not the first thread trying to absolve this guy from guilt.

The apologists for this guy have one thing in common: A black and white world view of right=good and left=evil.

If an incident like this disturbs this simplistic world view, they have to come up with excuses to still blame the left, otherwise they would start becoming insane.

The car has come to a standstill at that point, so it must have been the car in front he shunted into that she bounced off. Assuming that is all correct, the impact wouldn't have killed her unless she was made of porcelain.

That said, he was driving with intent to do fatal damage and someone died. The defence will struggle to get past that. But the facts of the matter should be pursued, not just a hysterical narrative, and if the media is fiddling the facts, that ain't right.

If you listen to the video in the OP, her mother states "she died of a heart attack".

Well thank you for that piece of moral guidance. Without wanting to piss on your parade, if you'd read any of my posts from two pages back where I entered and said he'd never get less than driving with intent to cause fatal injury, you'd have realised you didn't need to put your professor cap on unless you aren't sure of how that gels with "criminally and morally wrong". But whatever. One more strawman I can take.
