Of course, consent can be withdrawn at any time. Why are you so concerned with women's innards and what they do with them?????
That is not possible and does not happen. If a fetus is taken put to be operated on and put back , it hasn't been born since it was still connected to the woman. And this has been explained to you, I think you have some kind of a need to discuss women's innards... None of yours have.... Only if that was done by you.... How many times do you need it explained? Do you get off sexually discussing this? Is that why you ask the same stupid questions over and over again? Or do you think the answer will be different if you ask repeatedly? Out of the woman and umbilical cord cut and it is born. How much clearer do you need it.....or just want to wallow in the visuals??? No , you're asking the same questions over and over again and making up sick twisted scenarios ...it isn't me. it. DUH, being born DOES NOT give the woman rights over it....and you talk about "VAGUE" ONCE AGAIN... If the fetus is taken out and disconnected in every way from the woman then it's been born . If the fetus is taken out , operated on, then put back it hasn't been born. NOTE: ANY fetus can be aborted if it is under 23 weeks , viability. . Yes, they were...you might have had some kind of possible situation but I don't read all your fantasies. NO, it isn't critical ....NOTHING you have posted in any way endangers women's right to have an abortion and that's what I care about. I told you before , if doctors pull out a fetus , toss in the air and do the hula with it stuff it back in(to you delight) , the woman can do anything she wants with it... Funny, I don't feel pressed....just slightly annoyed at someone who can't comprehend written words the first four times around.. Is there really some point you have? Or just like thinking of the topic and putting women in weird situations??...and stuffing fetuses back inside them....
Thank you FoxHastings for answering my question. So you believe if the fetus is inside the woman, the woman has rights over it, even in the hypothetical event that fetus had previously been taken out and put back in. Now if I can ask one more quick hypothetical. If the fetus is inside the woman but not connected, does the same thing apply? I mean if the fetus wasn't drawing nutrients and oxygen from the woman's blood supply, but was still inside her uterus. Or to be more to the point, is it just because the fetus is inside her body, or does the aspect of being connected play a critical role in your argument? I'm guessing you believe even if the fetus wasn't actually connected she should still have the right to abort. But is part of your argument that being connected also gives her the right to abort? If so, could you provide a quick explanation why being connected would give her the right to abort, in your view?
DUH, why would it be in her body if it wasn't connected? If it's in her body either connected (the real world) or unconnected ( your world) it's STILL HER body....she "owns " everything in it just like you do....isn't that fair? Here's her rights : It's her body, not the fetus's, not yours, not the father's, not some busy body Anti-Choicer's, it just hers to do as she pleases like everyone else. . NO one is required to use their body to sustain the life of another, not women, no one. Isn't that simple.....and saner than all your bizarre dreams about doing odd things to women and fetuses... Yes, I answer our questions but you can't seem to answer mine: Why are you so concerned with women's innards and what they do with them?????
BTW, """" If the fetus is inside the woman but not connected, does the same thing apply? I mean if the fetus wasn't drawing nutrients and oxygen from the woman's blood supply, but was still inside her uterus"""" Then it would die quickly from lack of oxygen ( be smothered). ..... no need to abort...
The term DESPERATION springs to mind! What if the woman had 3 eyes and 4 ears and a forked tongue? How many asinine make believe scenarios are you going to reach for until you believe that you can deny women their rights?
Why don't you go back and read the responses to your posts? Seems odd you're still flailing around with your weird scenarios after being set straight so many times....
Was a birth certificate issued following the surgery? Yes or no? Without a birth certificate it was obviously NOT a birth. At least that is how all reasonable and sane people would view the surgical procedure on the fetus, no matter how it was performed.
Yup, the law says so....you may hate law but you don't make it....or did you want to be the one who decides who is born and who isn't?? Why you?
the egg is the womens, and she can choose to remove it from her body if she wants too, she doesn't have to risk life and limb to have a rapists baby unless she chooses too funny that most pro-lifers don't think human babies born overseas are humans that deserve a life here, even if this is the only place they have ever known.... and are also the most likely to support the death penalty, be against death with dignity - yet they want to force rape victims to have their rapists baby
The law? Seriously It sounds like fudging the numbers once again...so now if the law says something doesn't exist what you seen with your own eyes you say " well what do I know?' Interesting .
And interestingly over half these women choose to, so gestating a baby that was conceived in rape isn't the unspeakable thing people think it is.
That means that half did abort so gestating a baby that was conceived in rape is the unspeakable thing THE PREGNANT WOMAN thinks it is. ONLY the PREGNANT RAPED woman decides FOR HERSELF if she wants to carry the filth's kid to term. NOT "people". For some it is unspeakable/inconvenient/sickening....and they don't have to think of it any way at all to have an abortion. BTW, are you going to start using the quote feature or just keep sneaking in?
"Fudging " what numbers??? The law is fudging numbers??? What? WHERE does the law say something doesn't exist?????
Isn't it amazing , and quite stupid, for anyone who will never be raped (and have to fear pregnancy) thinks that THEY can judge what women should do !???
I support abortion rights up to the 12th week. after that, if bringing the child to term will kill the mother or seriously harm her physical health, abortion should be allowed.
