Bio Warfare - US Air Force Collecting Genetic Samples Of Russians

I think Washington better watch out, because we the American people are going to suffer the consequences of their actions. Their means of controlling others are now reaching degenerate levels. What other reasons would a military offer to pay money for RNA samples of Russians of Caucasian descent other than to develop a virus that would attack a specific ethnic group?

The US Air Force is looking to acquire samples of ribonucleic acid (RNA) and synovial fluid from Russians, according to a government website used to place tenders. The reason behind the order hasn’t been specified.

The Air Force’s Air Education and Training Command has placed a listing on the Federal Business Opportunities website asking for at least 12 RNA samples from Russian people of a European ancestry, as well as 27 samples of synovial fluid.

In addition, information on donors must be provided with the samples, including their sex, age, ethnicity, smoking history, medical history, height, weight and Body Mass Index (BMI). The samples must be delivered to the Lackland Air Force Base near San Antonio, Texas, within 10 days after the contractor receives the money.

All samples must “be collected from Russia and must be Caucasian. The Government will not consider tissue samples from Ukraine,” the contract added.

“New types of biological weapons are being developed. There’s nothing else that could possibly interest the military department. Most likely, they are weaponized viruses,” Nikulin told RT. “The US is trying to develop various types of biological weapons specifically for specific carriers of this gene pool, and Caucasoids are needed since they constitute the majority of the population of our country.

“This is the same focus group for which they are trying to find the samples. It’s necessary for the viruses to act selectively on one or another ethnic group.”

The purpose of the Air Force could be as simple as being able to do genetic testing for security background check information given how exorbitantly important certain military defense secrets are. Here goes Russia being paranoid again, imo. Arabs have already used genetic testing--in Kuwait, I believe--to determine who are legitimate occupants.

 

If that was the reason, then wouldn't Russia be taking the samples of Russian people, and not the US Air force paying people for genetic samples of white Caucasian Russians? For heaven sake, can you imagine Iran asking for genetic samples of Israelis?

 

You have fixated on someone claiming there is only one possible motive, when that is false and not the only possible purpose or even most likely. Such a genetic based bio-weapon is particularly not suitable to the USA given how diverse - including Russians - our population is. Nor is genetics that precise and few people are that genetically pure. As I stated, the most likely reason would be for extremely high security clearance.

Developing a genobomb that would singularly kill Russians is essentially impossible and exorbitantly risky given how rapidly virus and other micro-organisms evolve. All of Europe and Asia, including Russia, has had so much genetic migration, so many raping armies rolling across it, that targeting on genetics isn't really possible, just like the USA is so racially diverse and interbreed any such weapon we used would also devastate the USA and many, many other countries. Everyone from the Greeks to the Turks, Asians to Slavs, Fins to Germans, have overrun Russia. Russia has overrun many countries too - all mixing up the genetic pool. There is no profile of Russians genetically that would not obliterate peoples in other countries for this reason, including in the USA. Targeting "white Russians" is also particularly targeting Slavic people everywhere, which largely means the Vikings. Of course, all of Western Europe has a great deal of Viking and Slav genetics, as does much of Eastern Europe. Like the USA, Russian is a genetic blender and has been for over 2000 years.

I could see Iran seeking to learn of Israeli/Jewish DNA and visa versa also for security clearance reasons. A person can have a fake background and if dna contradicted that fake history it would expose the deception.

Why the Air Force? Nearly ALL military top end technology now is by the Air Force, which now also has control of all space-military technology. The secrecy needs is growing geometrically as entire new generations of weapons systems, spying and surveillance and other new technology is moving from experimental stages to actual usages. However, the military is a constant turnover of hundreds of thousands of people for which only so much background checking can be done. In to that mass of people Russia could potentially infiltrate their own people up the ladder. While people of "Russian" genetic ancestry would not be banned, the person's account of their life not matching their genetic profile would set off alarms calling for further investigation. This would reduce the size of the pool Russia could pull from and overall make such Russian espionage more difficult.

 

As diverse as America is, this could never work for us and I don't think we would support this anyway if it became public.

As an example, a friend of mine from the military had a grandfather who was Russian. He had a hard time getting his top secret clearance because of this. This friend is now a civilian missionary. We have too many of every ethnicity on Earth to make a geno bomb that would be safe for "Americans".

As for the rest of the country stretching from east to west, they're Germans. So find something to kill off the Germans, and you have killed off just about everyone.

The only ones considered Americans on the maps, were around the Appalachians... probably Kentucky and Tennessee. From what I gathered, they're mostly Scotch Irish and Cherokee, with some English, Irish, and German thrown in.

Hence the collection of the biological material from Russians living in different geographical locations. In the west, everything is done extremely scrupulously and is verified up to the tiniest detail.”

This is not the first attempt to collect samples of Russian genetic material by foreign agencies in Russia, Igor Nikulin, a former member of the UN biological weapons commission, told RT.

“Such attempts were made back in the 90s, when there was a Human Genome program, then there were various programs in the 2000s too… under different pretexts, including the most noble, but for some reason all this happens in the interests of the US military department, and this raises suspicion,” Nikulin said.​

Two weeks ago Putin wanted to restart the elimination of bio weapons, and Washington refused.

I recall a few years ago that people around Kharkov were getting sick with a certain virus, and it was attributed to an American lab facility located in the area. I also recall hearing of such labs in Georgia.

 

Me thinks certain posters protest too much against the obvious, which makes them suspect in my mind, and in the minds of others as to what their true agenda is.

 

Bio is a small scale terrorist weapon.

It is insignificant for warfare between major states.

The Russians like the USA simply study it in order to defend against it.

Neither would actually use it.

 

It would be a bit strange to demand samples from Russia specifically, to the exclusion of Ukrainians, and presumably Russians from other parts of the world.

If this were genetic research for weapons testing, well, first I would not expect the sample to need to be nearly so specific as to restrict geographical location of those providing the sample. Russians living in the US or anywhere else could provide the same kind of genetic material. Furthermore, any biological weapon that works on Caucasian Russians is going to work on other people, again regardless of where they happen to be living.

 

People are going to protest absurd accusations and obvious attempts at propaganda and misinformation.
