You can bet your arse that if the russian military was doing the same request for american samples, being explicit as this, many here, especially the russia haters would be conjecturing and raising their eyebrows too, as to what Putin the evil one was up to.

I have no idea why they need the sampling, as specific as they are, as they have apparently not told anyone what it is for. But I do know this..if russia were doing this, you would see the same thing being mentioned as J. did. And yet I would think that if it were to be used for a particular genetic line, surely it would not be so public in sourcing it? Just thinking rationally here.

And do you think MSM would cover such a story if the evil russian military was doing the same thing, and being as specific as what samples must be from? LOL Especially now given the trumped up demonization of russia and Putin.

So I am just offering up another example and question how MSM and russian hating paranoids would react to a analogous story. And I think it might be revealing as nothing more than a thought experiment.

But I highly doubt there are nefarious purposes involved here. Yet see a natural tendency for particular people to question it. Or in the case of the CIA trafficking coke into america to finance a dark operation that congress would not finance, that was busted out by one LA drug enforcement cop who discovered the conspiracy and told the world about it. These conspiracies are very uncomfortable to those who trust in their gov't, naively. And so they must be tossed into the denial garbage bin. One can only imagine at the things done in our name which we will never know about. And which are immoral, even perhaps evil in content. But this is true of all gov'ts, not just the US. And it is what happens when the People will accept all of the secrecy, which we are told is in our best interests. Yet never forget, that secrecy is the beginning, and foundation of tyranny. Of course secrecy is needed, sometimes, but IMO, far too much is classified these days, in order to hide what americans would not be comfortable in doing in their names. So hide it from the Rubes, not in their best interests, but in those who agree to commit the acts, in their interests.

Let's say that's all true. Do you really think we intend to deploy such weapons? You really think our national leaders want to go wipe out a bunch of people somewhere using condemned weaponry?

Ghadaffi felt that if they went on a gold standard, then the African nations would be in charge of their own resources and would be able to raise their standard of living. Well you see what we did to him and Libya.

Russia has 30% of all the natural resources in the world, and is the leader in many of them. It has even overtaken the US and Canada in wheat exports thanks to the sanctions, and now it has developed a winter wheat that is higher in protein and can be grown anywhere. This of course is too much to bare for the corporate elites, who want to see that wealth go into their own pockets.

Well they can't use nuclear weapons in a war with Russia, because then that wealth would become useless. Yet there is no way they can live with the Russian people since they are devout Christians and would never accept Western liberal beliefs on gay marriages, genders, etc.

Hitler's perfect solution for its large population, was to kill off the Russians, and take the land... which he tried to do at the cost of 20 million Russian lives. Today though there are nuclear weapons, and any war would destroy the wealth that Washington covets.

This gives Washington two choices. One is to learn to live with a Christian nation that refuses to bow to your western liberal values, or kill off all the Christians in Russia with viruses. This is why our government is focusing on Caucasian Russians. They are the Christians.

During a recent meeting of the Human Rights Council on October 30, President Putin stated that Russia and its people became an object of great interest to Western special services, which, as he claimed, collect biological material of Russian people throughout the country.

On Tuesday, Putin's official spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that representatives of certain non-governmental organizations and other agencies collect such information indeed, and special services registered such incidents.

The US Air Force published one of its contracts on the Federal Business Opportunity public procurement website. According to the text of the document, the US Air Force plans to purchase 12 samples of ribonucleic acid (RNA, one of the three basic macromolecules contained in cells of all living organisms) and 27 samples of stratum synoviale (synovium, produces the fluid necessary for joints). The contract specified that all samples should be collected from Russian donors, The Insider wrote.

There is another example. Scientists from the University of Arizona and the Institute of Cytology and Genetics of Novosibirsk, who examined genetic signs of adaptation to cold in indigenous peoples of Siberia, collected 21 samples of DNA from two Siberian peoples - the Nganasan (nomadic hunters of Taimyr) and the Yakut (reindeer herders). In the samples, the scientists isolated exoms (protein-coding genes) and had them sequenced to determine the order of DNA blocks (nucleotides) in the genetic code of a human being.

According to Alexander Markov, this is "Routine biological work" to restore paths of ancient migrations of peoples.
"This is what ethnographers and geneticists do all the time.
This is a common story.
Moreover, Russia is not the only country in the world, where they collect biological materials - this work is Regularly conducted in absolutely ALL countries, for ALL nations," the biologist told Pravda.Ru.

According to the expert, comparative genomics and paleogennomics develop very rapidly too. Genetic material is needed to understand the evolution of certain features in modern-day people. There are many of such research works, and scientists try to reach as many human populations as possible, in most remote areas.

"It am worried that illiterate politicians will try to impose restrictions on science. We may proclaim genetics a bourgeois pseudoscience, as it was during the times of Lysenko. This is very dangerous for science," said Alexander Markov.
