    "
    Franken then issued this statement:
"The first thing I want to do is apologize: to Leeann, to everyone else who was part of that tour, to everyone who has worked for me, to everyone I represent, and to everyone who counts on me to be an ally and supporter and champion of women. There's more I want to say, but the first and most important thing—and if it's the only thing you care to hear, that's fine—is: I'm sorry.

"I respect women. I don't respect men who don't. And the fact that my own actions have given people a good reason to doubt that makes me feel ashamed.

"But I want to say something else, too. Over the last few months, all of us—including and especially men who respect women—have been forced to take a good, hard look at our own actions and think (perhaps, shamefully, for the first time) about how those actions have affected women.

"Coming from the world of comedy, I've told and written a lot of jokes that I once thought were funny but later came to realize were just plain offensive. But the intentions behind my actions aren't the point at all. It's the impact these jokes had on others that matters. And I'm sorry it's taken me so long to come to terms with that.

"While I don't remember the rehearsal for the skit as Leeann does, I understand why we need to listen to and believe women's experiences.

"I am asking that an ethics investigation be undertaken, and I will gladly cooperate.

"And the truth is, what people think of me in light of this is far less important than what people think of women who continue to come forward to tell their stories. They deserve to be heard, and believed. And they deserve to know that I am their ally and supporter. I have let them down and am committed to making it up to them."

So you did not vote for Hillary and Trump, right?

Actually you got it somewhat right..... If we ever gave a flying f&^k about all these allegations, smear, dirt, lies, half-truth (and occasionally truths) about Trump we would not have elected him in the first place. So guess what, we didn't and we don't and you're beating a dead horse.

The only thing that has changed since then is, that the Democrats have been proven to be full of sex criminals in the position of power with the rest of the lib/prog mob happily supporting and defending them, and accepting their political favors and financial donations for decades.

The left's hypocrisy, blatant disregard for victims of sex crimes and ties with sex criminals is not a good enough reason for us to regret our election choice. In fact these revelations completely validate our November 8th decision to totally ignore the hysterical hypocritical whining of the leftist Trump haters.

Then what is your answer? "Focus. Should the Senate have the power to expel Franken?"

Focus. You obviously did not read the post. I don't want to repeat again.
I said "Of course it can". Meaning that the Senate can expel Franken.
I believe that the Senate also plays an important part in any impeachment of Trump. You?

Your point being? Is he accusing anyone of lying? No. He has accepted her description of the incident. Yes. Trump has called 16 women liars. 16 women?? Now that is funny, yes? 16 women. Well, Well, Well. Since he hasn't admitted anything, he isn't guilty of anything. Oh boy. Really?

Yes, Trump's support has surged above 45% even as platoons of Democrats and other so called progressives with power have been exposed for sexually abusing women and boys.

I wonder if she will now apologize after having been engaging in illicit sexual contact:

My point being that he admitted to his stupidity and explained it as a very bad joke for which he apologized. Another point to ponder would be that he disputes her recollection of his "tongue down her throat" and she is a Fox News correspondent who gave her story to Fox before she sold it to them and it was reported. I also find it EXTREMELY unlikely that this particular woman has serious issues with other men playing with her breasts.

Take your finger out of your nose and take a deep breath. Trump's abuse of 16 women is only one revelation that should negatively affect your decision about your election choice. There is so much more that you missed while doing your due diligence. You did do your do diligence, yes? You missed the con man side of him, the bankrupt businesses that he headed, the belittling of disabled people, the attack of of Gold Star parents whose son died in combat for his country, his unstable behavior, insensitivity, lack of empathy and compassion for those less fortunate than us, his warmongering, his phony University which blew up in his face. Reagan would turn over in his grave if he could see the mess that Trump is making of out democracy, the threats to suppress our free press, his open disregard for our separation of powers and three equal branches of government. Trump wants to be an autocrat, and this means less rights for you. And then there is the tax reduction for the wealthy, and very little or nothing for you. Believe it from a Republican.

It was a admission that he sold to his immediate audience as bragging rights. You'd be amazed how many criminals incriminate themselves by bragging . Its incredibly stupid, but these guys are not especially bright people. Trump did not realize the mike was hot.

Far more Republican moralists and pharisees have been found in illicit affairs with boys and others. But if anything, right wing support increases with each revelation.

A sex predator caught on camera with his pants down apologizes and admits his guilt. Wow, how nice of him. The liberal solution of overcrowded prisons, ask murders, rapists, sex offenders to apologize and let them loose. Duh
We missed nothing, we accepted him despite all his faults. The alternative was a mob of violent lying hysterical liberal hypocrites, liberal rapists and their enabler spouses, Hollywood perverts, sex criminals, child molesters... The lefts' standard bearer was wearing her gender on her shoulder while using her position of power to intimidate, dehumanize and destroy victims of sex crimes committed by her husband. Lest we forget that she was a corrupt to her core elitist Washington swamp creature fully owned by donors, lobbyists, special interests.

    LOL.

Newt Gingrich was the Republican standard bearer for claims of morality and do goodyness of every kind. Look how he turned out. Strangely, the Groper-In-Chief remains free of criticism despite all such discussions.

    Gee, I wonder why.

That was then and this is now. NOW the left claimed moral high ground, hysterically slandering, smearing Trump and his supporters on all sorts of issues...just to be exposed as a bunch of rapists, sex criminals and their willing supporters and enablers, who cynically use women's issues for political gains while being more than happy to provide cover to sex criminals and destroy their victims.

If Trump did what Franken did, would you be demanding he step down? yes or no. Your integrity is on the line. Careful how you answer!

The libs/progs claimed moral high ground and threw fits of hysteria about Trump, not us, just to be proven a mob of admirers, supporters, enablers of all sorts of liberal rapists, progressive child molesters and democratic sex criminals.

That would depend if you're concerned with 'now' or concerned with 'in the past'.
