    What??? Not buying this from the house of liars. Since when does a dry throat cause slurred speech and such an obvious speech impediment. It's so pathetic that they cannot tell the truth abut ANYTHING. I suppose they are too stupid to understand that people are not as stupid as they are.

    Does fear also cause cotton mouth? He knows he is a dirty RUssian puppet with Mueller doing a prostate check :).

    It can't be meds, he is a pillar of health. They are also saying his signature was really off so maybe it's just sleepless nights :).

    I read elsewhere on the interwebz, from dentists, that it was likely his dentures were loose and that caused the slurring this time. It's not the first time he slurred his words on camera. It surprised me that a billionaire would have dentures instead of implants, but who knows?

    I am concerned that Trump has not had an annual physical. IMO, there should be a law that the President must have an annual physical and the people need to know just how generally healthy the President actually is. It's been reported that Reagan's dementia near the end of his term seriously impacted him and the people were never told. The American people deserve to know if the President is mentally or physically impaired.

    Almost sounded like he had gauze or something in his mouth, who knows. Seemed to be for the entire clip, not just the end. Maybe as another poster mentioned it was denture problems.

    I may dislike the prez but I hope he is not I'll. He should have immediate screenings to ensure no blood clots and no strokes are coming due.

    Could have been. It was actually one of his more coherent moments except for the slurring. Do attention sharpening drugs like adderall cause speech problems?

    It's callous but trump dropping dead from a stroke would not be the biggest tragedy in US history.

    I don't know if they do or not. I'd say maybe he had a few nips, but he doesn't drink...so I'll go with some dental issues most likely. Defnitely did sound like something was going on.

    Oh, yeah, billionaire TV celebrities of course wouldn't have enough money to pay for dental insurance to avoid ill-fitting dentures! It's sooooo expensive!

    And people like him, even though he dodges competent regular physical examinations, certainly would never have a drug addiction, so perish that thought right now!

    There are other explanations. Maybe he recently had a procedure done? He seemed to be performing well above his cognitive baseline so I think drugs are a stretch.

    Join a serious note that this may be a sign that he is both mentally and physically impaired therefore his judgement is even more in question now than it was 8 months ago when there was no evidence of impairment. Maybe he had a stroke? Remember when he said Hillary must have had a stroke and an online Trumpeizda "doctor" came to that conclusion?

    He needs to seek medical help. The doctors at Bethesda Naval hospital have concluded that he is constipated. His staff and fans are feeding him more schist than he can possible Tweet out.

    There is but one solution and that is resignation.

    There are only two leaders the world scene who I would laugh my ass off if they had a stroke that left them a vegetable - Putin and that North Korean piss ant Kim Dung Moo or whatever. In Kim's case a stroke could turn him into the vegetable Kim Chee, Putin a kapusta-head (cabagehead)

    As much as I disagree with The Lying King he is still an American Lying King. I believe in country over partisan politics.

    There's a medical condition they are not telling us about. A common medical condition indicated by dry mouth and slurred speech is stroke.

    Yes, but the few people who did exhibit those symptoms who I knew were younger and fully recovered.

    You do know that if the doctors told him he had a stroke he will shot FAKE NEWS you are a loser.
