GOP Lawmakers Cite New Allegations Of Political Bias
    In FBI

    By John Solomon
    12/06/17

GOP lawmakers say they have heard new stories about political bias or interference within the FBI on the eve of new testimony Thursday by FBI Director Christopher Wray.
Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) said Wednesday he interviewed a recently retired FBI supervisor who told him he was instructed by Deputy Director Andrew McCabe not to call the 2012 Benghazi attack an act of terrorism when distributing a report on the FBI findings to the larger intelligence community.
The agent found the instruction concerning because his unit had gathered incontrovertible evidence showing a major al Qaeda figure had directed the attack and the information had already been briefed to President Obama, the lawmaker said.

He said he also had talked to another whistleblower who witnessed a video teleconference last February between bureau leadership and their special agents in charge on the day former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn resigned over lying to Vice President Pence over his contacts with Russia’s ambassador to the United States.
Flynn pleaded guilty on Friday to making false statements to the FBI.
DeSantis said the person he spoke with said a senior FBI executive made an inappropriate comment suggesting the bureau had a personal motive in investigating Flynn and ruining his career. DeSantis wants the FBI to tell him if the videotape was saved.
“The wildly divergent ways these investigations have been conducted appear to dovetail with the political bias that has been uncovered,” DeSantis said.

Multiple Republican lawmakers said Wednesday they believe the email case was tainted by political favoritism and special treatment for the 2016 Democratic nominee and planned to press Wray about their concerns.
“We are here today calling for an investigation into FBI systems and procedures that have allowed special treatment and bias to run rampant,” Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) said. “The law demands equal treatment for all, not ‘special’ treatment for some. There is a clear and consistent pattern of treating the Clinton investigation differently than other investigations.”

We have to demand and preserve evidence before the Deep State destroys it like they did with the IRS. Send the Capital Police or Federal Marshals to Confiscate and Preserve the Evidence. The Deep State cannot be trusted.
IMO, I doubt rank and file FBI agents are the problem. This infection is upper management and personnel files would point them right out for removal. if desired.
These folks are bad actors, but they're manipulating their subordinates for the most part. I'll bet a half-dozen higher-ups at FBI would do the trick...

Why are these figures so mysterious? Subpoena them, get them under oath and see what evidence they have.

No one could ever pay me enough to carry water for a deadbeat jerkwad such as Trump. Good to see that the noose is tightening to the point of freaking out the dipshi-s in the Donald Dump administration. Mueller will go down in history as an American patriot and hero.

Mueller will be lucky to escape being disbarred if not imprisoned.

Christopher Wray Refuses to Say if Faked Up Steele Dossier Was Used to Procure FISA Warrant

Gee I wonder what the answer is.

"If you kicked everybody off of Mueller's team who was anti-Trump, I don't think there'd be anybody left," said Jordan, alleging there is "more" behind Strzok's departure from Mueller's team.

"My hunch is it has something to do with the dossier," he told Wray.

Jordan laid out a scenario in which he said he believes it may have been Strzok who brought the dossier to a FISA court to obtain clearance for illegal surveillance on members of the Trump campaign.

"If you had the FBI working with the Democrats' campaign, taking opposition research and dressing it all up and turning into an intelligence document and taking it to the FISA court so they could spy on the other campaign that is as wrong as it gets," said Jordan.

He said Wray could easily disprove his allegation by releasing the FISA application to Congress. Wray said he could not legally release the information and that an inspector general is looking into the matter.

Rep. DeSantis told Wray he was "walking into a contempt of Congress" by refusing to answer basic questions.

    Wray continued refusing to answer.

I may be out the loop, but is Mueller under investigation or is he investigating?

    Why aren't you scared?

You know, if they could've gotten Trump removed with their corrupt investigation, they would only have accepted a corrupt replacement.

They need an ass kicking and a house cleaning and then restored to greatness, or shut down and replaced a new agency with the highest standards of integrity.

We can't have a Mueller/Comey type corrupt FBI running around with US badges.

No one is above the law. Mueller may think he is above the law, but he is just as subject to charges and punishment as anyone in America.

That is what this horribly corrupt duo of Mueller/Comey err, they believe they are above the law.

That kind of attitude will lead them to big trouble some day. Which is a bit sad, but, they kinda deserve it.

I don't want the agency torn down.

It does need a general housecleaning, though. What this farce has shown, is that the Congressional oversight provisions must be made stronger.

Isn't that the whole reason behind this investigation.

Here we see a classic tactic from Trump Republicans making rhetorical sausage to amp up their hate propaganda against Mueller!

Wray CANNOT legally divulge a FISA warrant!

But watch reams of bluster and lies flow forth as the Trumpies desperately try to hide their crimes.

Wray CANNOT SPEAK, yet the Trump Republicans spin this whole thread over these "hunches" which are all the Trumpies have to use to create their false hysteria.

    FAIL!

Trump and a small number of GOP Trump loyalists, plus Brietbart, realize that Trump and his campaign are in very very serious trouble due to RussiaGate.

They know that more facts will come out and that Trump will be taken down.

They have been attacking the Media as "Fake News" but that's not working any more.

They are in their last desparate gasp of air and attacking the Mueller team.

Remember a few months ago they were attacking Comey for a few weeks straight. Then they attacked the Mueller attorneys because a few of them gave past political contributions to Democratic candidates.

    They are grasping at straws.

Pay attention folks - we are witnessing history. This will be talked about long after all of us our dead.

There will be dozens and dozens of books, movies, documentaries, college courses, etc all about the currupt Trump administration and RussiaGate. It will never be as good as it is now because right now it's a mystery and we are learning 'real time' as information is released and as new things occur.

Once it's in books and movies it won't be as good because we will all know the outcome.

    That's pure pie-in-the-sky speculation.

We're actually undergoing a period of transition. We're moving from outrage, anger, and frustration to rolling-on-the-floor laughter.

Sure it is, if the president was above the law there would be no investigation. Denial is a bitch.

I answered the question of the reason for the investigaton. It us definitely not happening because no one is above the law. It is happening to thwart his policies.

Trump's not under investigation according to Comey. Mueller has not said anything to contradict that.

Wolf, your link doesn't work but since it's vox, I don't expect objectivity( what are you reading vox for? that left wing stuff will make you sterile).
Muller's going to have enough problems without trying to nab Trump. Even some of MSM (WSJ) are telling him to shut the SC down. Plus he and Comey are shortly going to be wrapped up in a major charge of enabling sexual assualt throughout all of the FBI. Expect to take 30 minutes or so to read. It's lengthy.
