    That would make things interesting.

    Either way, this will boil down to a nonissue, at least for the short-term. Even if Trump comes right out and states, "Yeah, I called them shithole countries! They are shithole countries! Why wouldn't I call them shithole countries?" what are the democrats going to do about it (by the way, just for hilarity's sake, I'd love it if this were his public response)? It's not a crime to call a place a shithole; you can't impeach a president for calling a place a shithole; and no Republican in his or her right mind is going to call for Trump's resignation over some foul language.

    The strategy is obvious, though. The democrats are simply hoping to wear down Trump's, and by proxy, Republican popularity, little-by-little, before midterms, and 2020.

    Durbin is a coward. We don't have transcripts of the entire meeting, so the context of the words said are unknown.

    The details of closed door meetings/negotiations should never be leaked for cheap political gain. Trump should tell Durbin that moving forward, he'll never be invited to a WH meeting again. Weasels don't deserve that kind of consideration.

    Let's stick to Trump please. I don't need a Hitler reference, as there are millions of references we could throw at each other all day long that contradict the next. A few people have said Trump said this, the American left have jumped on it immediately and taken the news across the globe, Trump has denied saying it, and there's no evidence that points towards Trump saying it. It's on those making the accusations to prove said accusations. These unproven accusations are getting real old, real fast. I know you don't like Trump, but you're usually better than this.     Now the deplorables want video evidence? Video and audio of Trump talking about sexually harassing women did nothing for you so be gone I say be gone with your hypocritical nonsense!
