    That's a given. 4 of the dims that are up for reelection tried to jump Chucks sinking ship around midnight tonight. They are in it for themselves but they tried to save themselves from their jerk leader. Chuck is in it for illegals. This won't be forgotten. Dims lose, BIG.

    Yep, the Trump Government is shut down, which has basically been the case since 11/9/16 anyway... let's see how our current president handles it.... I have my guesses...

    Funny, I don't feel that way.... It's one of the best recent days in US history as somebody has finally told Trump he can't run a government by Twitter and threats and name calling.... your side certainly didn't have the spine to do it...

    My state is pretty safely Blue so I don't worry about midterms, although we do need to kick out my R congresswoman... it will happen.... It will be interesting...

    I'm guessing McConnell and Schumer aren't going to be hitting a bar tonite for a few drinks...

    The Republicans will pay a heavy price for this. Lord knows Trump is a huge drag on November 2018 but this will just compound the problem. You might think the Dems are at fault, the majority of the American people will think otherwise.....

    So Chuck and his gang screws our military and holds the government hostage over illegals and it's Trump's fault? Nope, dims will take the hit for this. More than 60% of the federal government are dims. You think they are going to be happy to be out of work because of Chuck? I don't think so. I just watched a bunch of dim senators up for reelection voting to pass the bill. They haven't voted FOR any republican bills until now. They are not as stupid as Chuck, just corrupt.

    Republicans win that poll with a 47%. Democrats got 31%. Trump is a Republican.

    Furthermore, the ABC/WAPO shows similar results at 48%/28%.
