Here's another thought: How far back from the border are you building this white elephant? What's to stop people from building buildings 30 feet or higher next to it? Even if separated by 50 feet, that's not impassable.

How much US territory are you planning to seize from American citizens and then effectively cede to the Mexicans? How are you going to stop them from building something next to the wall? You already said even commandos can't cross it, so how will Border Patrol officers go over to remove ladders, buildings, etc?
