Poll deception... Most don't support DACA 'without fixing immigration' which is what the Dems want and why they are trying to tie DACA into the budget instead of dealing with it during the immigration bill. The dems are playing games and they don't care that it hurts the American people.

I myself support DACA but I don't support the dems using the American people as leverage to help immigrants.

Roughly 90% of the media thought Clinton was a lock. Your polls mean nothing, history recently proved it. The devil is in the details.

Dem Poll: Do you agree illegals should not be shot before being deported?

    And there you go. :roflol:

Adorable ^^^ :) You keep looking backwards, podjo, and the future will gobsmack you. "The vast majority of Americans support DACA (84% vs 11%) as do Democrats. " As do the GOP.

Only for the ignorant and people who are lying.

DACA is not a Federal Budget item. It does not exist anywhere in the budgeting process.

I understand that the meme issued to be parroted is the "immigrants vs Americans" spin, but I don't see it catching on beyond the nativist enclave.

DACA first, then the budget, as had been agreed.

    Trump, January 9:

"You guys are going to have to come up with a solution [for DACA], and I'm going to sign that solution."

"When you talk about comprehensive immigration reform, which is where I would like to get to eventually."

You want to know the truth, Dick, if we do this properly, DACA, you're not so far away from comprehensive immigration reform. And if you want to take it that further step, I'll take the heat. I don't care," said Trump.

"My positions are going to be what the people in this room come up with," the president later told the press pool. "If they come to me with things I'm not in love with, I'm going to do it, because I respect them."

After the meeting Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader
Mitch McConnell said he wants to handle a DACA solution and and government spending separately.

"It is still my view that I will call up a DACA-related immigration bill that I know the president will sign and that it will not be a part of any spending agreement," the Kentucky Republican said.

Anyone willing to make money bets on this with the money going toward the forum as a donation in the winner's name?

People don't honor forum bets and the staff does not enforce them. Jeb! has the nomination locked up Ronstar could explain to you how this works.

I doubt you can donate in someone else's name anyway.

Democrats may have mixed feelings about it actually. Yes, in a few years it gives them hundreds of thousands of more voters, but less reason to scream "RACISTS!" at Republicans about Latinos, and other than screaming "Racist!" and a few other attacks claiming some bigotry there is nothing else the Democratic Party has left.

Democrats not only want DACA, they also want open borders, unlimited chain migration, 10 million more ME Muslims and to continue the VISA lottery. So do their global super rich employers.

For example, they tried to spin same-sex-marriage after the Supreme Court made it legal to transgender rights, but that blew up in their faces nationally as they demanded pedophile men be allowed to hang out in girls bathrooms and shower rooms.

That is the view of the Democratic Party and many of their minions - that immigrants are inferior subhumans only suitable as farm work animals and unskilled workers. The core of the white Democratic Party always has been and always will be racism, racial/ethnic segregation and social division.

Quite true. OTOH, I'd know and have used winning such bets to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the bet loser is both a welch and a lying piece of dogshit.

So are you for closed borders, and end to chain migration and an end to the visa lottery?

I certainly see a lot of push back against all of these ideas.
