    Here in America the PRESUMPTION of INNOCENCE establishes that the onus ALWAYS remains on the ACCUSER to PROVE guilt.

    And I refuted your nonsense the SecState routinely handles NATIONAL DEFENSE information on a daily basis and as was noted in the investigation that included such things as targets for drone strikes. The fact remains even Comey admitted she violated the law.
