    Trump has been whining for more than a year about so-called "corruption" in the FBI and the Justice Department. He whines about "witch hunts" and Fascism.

    Meanwhile, be congratulates Putin on winning his sham election.

    Why is it a sham? Cause all viable opponents were banned from the race.

    Anti-Putin protests are strongly regulated and mostly banned.

    Russia is killing his opponents over-seas.

    But Trump...praises him.

    Wow, just wow.

    Its common for a head of state to congratulate another on his election. It's a formality.

    yes, i understand that.

    but mosts other heads of state haven't been whining and bitching about "deep state" and corruption.

    Trump refuses to fully acknowledge that Russia tried to **** our election or do anything about or demand Putin knock this **** off, but he will congratulate Putin's win.

    that shows a problem.

    Well- we seem to have a conflict here.
    Trump isn't acting diplomatic, and that is terrible.

    Perhaps we need a combination approach, so when Trump meets somebody that people expect him to keep peace with and yet not approve of, he should say something like,

    Congratulations on your election, you slime sucking pig!

    That way the left can simply pick the sentiment they want to bitch about, and it will always be accurate. To them.
    When you play a double standard against someone- you tell on yourself.

    Putin was a bit more formal and sent a congratulatory telegram to Trump after his victory in 2016. A phone call might be more useful if less formal. Even if Putin isn't there for the NK talks he's still effectively in the room.

    Because Venezuela is a shitty Latin American 3rd world hellhole nobody cares about what happens there and they have zero regional or global power.

    Vladimir Putin is the leader of one of the most powerful nations on earth. A simple "congratulations" is appropriate in this case.

    On another note, I JUSt watched Hannity. He is stammering, hemming and hawing. His guests are hacks, they speak coarsely. Hannity is just repeating the same things more and more frequently. It is sad, but DEfrigginLICIOUS.

    With Cambridge etc, this thing is almost a wrap. But, it aint JUST Trump, but a CLEAN sweep of hate, NONpc bullies, guns o rama, all of it. They are REALLY losing the narrative.
