He just wants to stay on good terms with Putin because he is afraid of the nerve agent treatment for those who cross Putin's path.
Whose backflipping? Whose dancing? Not me. I've defended the integrity of this Presidency when the facts demand we do so. This false hysteria serves as propaganda against the President. That propaganda can only aid the Kremlin in creating discord in America's soil. As I said before and will say again: You are Putin's foot solders. The unwitting idiots of our time, the destruction of the presidency is Putin's wet dream.
His conversation immediately leaked to the press for political purpose pretty much backs up his claim. The deep state exists.
You might as well be talking about the Illuminati...jesus By the way..."the deep state" is a concept developed by Cambridge Analytica way back in 2014 to manipulate people like YOU
The leak that went out to the Washington Post regarding Trump being told specifically NOT to congratulate Putin on his election cameso fast that it could not have come from a transcript. It had to have com from one of the Senior advisors who was listening in on the call. That most likely means it was McMasters. He'll be gone very shortly
At least there were no major scandals in the Obama administration. Oh man, I almost kept a straight face.
Yeah? What do you call FBI and DOJ officials spying and unmasking opposition parties and working directly with foreign sources to obtain the evidence they use to get the warrants? Business as usual?
You mean actors within the government committing crimes to reveal information on the POTUS by illegally spying on him and his conversations? Deep state or business as usual?
Trump is madly in love with the KGB thug. A Russian jet barrels over one of our ships, Trump is dead silent. Remember when the pseuedocons had an orgy of outrage when that happened on Obama's watch? Including Trump! Instead of condemning Putin, Trump tweeted it was a sign of Obama's weakness. If you hurt Trump's feelings, he will tweet up a storm. Just ask SNL. Trump can't stop tweeting. His tweeting fetish is pathological. He lies, he makes really weird half sentences that end in bizarre non-words, it's non-stop stream of consciousness gibberish. His tweets betray a barely passing familiarity with grammar and spelling. "I have the best words." Yeah, like covfefe and unpresidented. Infantile birds have to be fed predigested goo. They can't handle unprocessed things in their diet. Trump is the great goo puker into the open mouths of his flock. He nourishes them with tiny 140 character excretions. In amongst all his rantings, Trump has managed to hurl insults at just about every one of our allied nations and their leaders. Incredibly offensive stuff. This is what he raises his little birds on, hatred toward our friends. And, of course, he spent years attacking our own Presidents and our country. Bush and Obama. The Iraq war. He never attacked Bill Clinton, though. In fact, he stood up for Clinton during the "bimbo eruptions", and when he did blog about either of the Clintons, it was to say Bill was a great President and Hillary would make a great President. Of course, once Trump decided to change himself from a long time Democrat to a pseudocon Republican, his tweet assaults against the Clintons were phenomenal. But there is one country, and one leader, on which Trump has been as silent as the grave when it comes to criticism. Russia and Putin. In 2013, Trump tweeted that he was going to Russia and he gushingly hoped that Putin would become his new best friend. In 2014, Putin invaded Crimea. Not a single tweet from Trump criticizing this. Putin also invaded western Ukraine. Again, dead silence. Russia then shot down a passenger airliner. Not a word from Trump. He sure was busy sending out birther tweets, though! Trump did not mention the invasion of Crimea until just a month or two ago. And then it was to blame Obama! I kid you not. Trump NEVER has a bad word to say about Putin or Russia. But he has managed to insult all of our allies. There's a word for someone who trashes our friends and supports our enemies. You know what that word is. During the election, Russia attacked our electoral system. Repeatedly. Not just hacking the DNC. They did much more than that. Much more. And what has Trump tweeted about that? Nothing. In fact, Trump does nothing to correct his Chumps' denials about those attacks. Trump has done nothing to protect us from further attacks by Russia, or to disincentivize Russia from giving their proxies in Iran or North Korea or Syria the means to **** with our elections. What Trump has done is fire the guy who was investigating the attacks, and then called our enemy into his office the next day to laugh with them about it. Collusion? Yeah, there's collusion all right. With his silence and inaction, Trump consents to Russia's attacks on the US and our allies.
This was before or after Putin had been found to have interfered in the US 2016 election? My comment had to do with this Russian election. Since we know Putin intefered with ours and other countries' elections and poisoned two Russian defectors in England? This year: who else congratulated Putin's election?
Look at this little bitch blush like a schoolgirl as he talks about his relationship with the love of his life: Q: Do you have a relationship with Vladimir Putin? A conversational relationship, or anything that you feel you have sway or influence over his government? TRUMP: I do have a relationship, and I can tell you that he's very interested in what we're doing here today.
When I read comments about the "deep state" I move on to more rational posts. The US state is close to falling apart. I am always amused though of conservatives who argue that 1) the US government is totally incompetent and 2) they are engaged in a conspiracy that would shame Hydra by the scale of its planning, secrecy and competency. Its hard to be both.
Adolph Hitler staged a phony plebecite in 1936, and claimed he got 99% of the vote. I never recall Stanley Baldwin or FDR sending him a cable of congradulations.
I always wondered if there was actually anything that far righting wing types would not excuse as long as their phony heroes keep them entertained. I see that there is no real limit. It's also apparant that you don't care if your hero suborn's your country's interests to a dictator.
How many other western heads of state called Putin to congratulate him? Macron? Merkel? May? Trudeau? I don't think any of them did. I'll bet Assad and Erdogan called, however.
