I don't believe that's the law. You don't have the right to shoot someone who is not attacking you.

 

It's insanity to be so completely paranoid about needing a gun for defense.

 

Tell that to a massive amounts of people who own them. And it’s a last line. I have security, impact glass and windows. My house is a tank.

How paranoid are all the women who thought they would be in extreme danger after Trump was elected? Are you in more danger now? How about your daughters? How about all those black people getting hung in trees because all the white supremacists were going to take over? Is Trump going to grab you if he gets close? . You want to talk paranoia?

 

If a person is on your property you can force them to leave. If you feel trapped in any location if someone threatening takes a step towards you after you warn them not to, you can shoot. Stand your ground. Learn it. Love it. Just like a woman’s right to just say NO. If they don’t want it they don’t want it. If you feel threatened by someone who you think wants to harm you, you have that right. Just be sure about the threat.

 

Mine are color blind as well, HOWEVER, you MUST look at risk assessment and percentages of those risks. I don't know anybody who wants to gun down blacks on sidewalks and that statement is a gross exaggeration. Considering the hate that the left directs toward the right the exact opposite would be true. Lets face it, the risk for two guys who look like Mormons on bikes is a whole let less than two bangers with gang colors and their pants on backwards. BTW do you remember Jesse Jackson's statement about Whites vs Black behind him. Do I have to remind you of that one.

I don't know anything about the paranoia some women expressed about Trump 'grabbing' them. Don't include me in your illogical sweeping generalizations. Statistics show: Most victims of violent crime are poor, live in bad neighborhoods, have risky behaviors (drugs, prostitution. crime), are women or are minorities. If one is white, lives in a nice neighborhood, is not a woman or a minority and doesn't engage in risky behavior, one is being paranoid thinking one is going to be a victim of violent crime. It's just not that likely. One is far, far more likely to be hurt or die in a bathroom accident or driving to and from work than to be a victim of violent crime or terrorism.

This story has so many holes in it, it just screams its one of those little things that are twisted and blown far out of proportion.

 

A woman's right to say no is hardly the same as blowing someone away if you don't like they way they look, or look at you. It's a false equivalency to compare them, to think they are the same. Faulty logic. Just like the poor logic of thinking a properous white man of middle age is a likely candidate to be a victim of violent crime, unless he goes to risky areas or engages in risky behavior.

I am old enough to remember when blacks had fathers at home and most Sundays you'd see them going to church all dressed up with their children. Now they have destroyed all the beautiful safe cities in america and turned them into crime infested unsafe places. Libs are mentally deranged.

Are you referring to the Scripps College affinity group event organized by Hispanics that has been in the news this week?

Whether we're talking about college events focused on international students, Democrats, Republicans, Hispanics, Asians, African-Americans, women, business students, etc. I think they should not bar attendance by anyone based on race. This event is open to all now and rightly so.

I have been to black affinity group events. Newsflash - we weren't ranting racist insults. What about events centered around German, Irish, Indian, Middle Eastern and other myraid backgrounds. I don't have a problem with college affinity groups as long as they allow people from any background to participate.

My oldest daughter, who is black, joined a college affinity group whose members are predominately of Indian (not Native American) heritage. She had a blast.

 

Do you really walk around believing that this happens frequently?
