If there are 3 Eskimos in an area and 1 kills a cop and there are 3 million whites and 49 of them kill cops as a percentage of their demographic 1/3 of Eskimos are cop killers but only represent 2% of the deaths. If I were a cop I'd be more worried about the whites.

 

And what was the child doing when shot at? RUNNING AWAY at the sight of a shot gun. Looks to me he was leaving the property.

 

As did this child until one of the elements broke down. He missed the bus. He was inquiring how to rectify the situation. Would a different bus get him there? Did he need to walk to another bus stop? What would get him there since plan A failed due to his own fault perhaps.
