I know some of them are grounded on other concepts. In the end, my stance on abortion can be summarized as something of a "first come, first serve" logic. Whether or not a fetus is a human being is, in a sense, irrelivant.

 

A good question, crank. Sometimes their and my 'better' are one in the same. But sometimes they aren't. For example, forced acceptance of homosexuality benefits both our opinions. Forced acceptance of non-binary genders benefits only them. It's all very complex, and this why I can't co sider mysef left or right, but rather a syncretic totalitarian.

 

People's biological appearance matters very little to me. What I care about is what is in the mind. I'm well aware of one of the left's largest mistakes. I've definately considered this before, that is why I am against allowing Islamic refugees into Secular Europe, or illegal workers from Catholic Mexico into irreligious California. The left's position on Christianity needs to be applied to all religions for them to succeed.

yep. fishing comes in a bunch of flavors. when I think of fishing, I think of bottom fishing for grouper and snapper, and trolling for spanish and kings, or fishing skinny water for trout, reds and tarpon. I was once big into cast netting for mullet, too...was so proud of landing those perfect circles with my 12 footer.

Lots of variety there!

I enjoy fishing, but definitely limit it to estuaries and ocean beaches - and I only fish with my two feet firmly on land or jetty. I love beach fishing - and can cast pretty well, but I hate beaches. Slight issue there.

PS: that would also be me, attempting to cast a mullet net.

Two of my kids have already bailed SoCal for northern Idaho. The last kid has sold and temporarily renting in Fresno until she gets through child birth then she will join them. Our home is on the market again and should be meeting up with them all soon. Hate to leave California, I’m 3rd generation native and geographically it is the most beautiful state in the Union. The liberals gave it all away. Every aspect of living here sucks.

 

The real estate market is expensive in most of California.

That also means lawn-mowing jobs are few and hard to come by for teenagers in many parts of the state. You can hire a semi-professional person with a truck (albeit a very beat-up truck that looks like it came straight out of Mexico) and equipment for the same price that a teenager would cost you.

 

That is if you are allowed to water your lawn in the first place. All sorts of rules and regulations in los angles on watering your lawn.
