Three Republican Congressman are trying to set the stage to fire Rosenstein

They are requesting they turn over key evidence that Mueller has of notes that Comey wrote down in his conversations with Trump.

So, let's put this in its proper context. These three congressman are not only obstructing this investigation by requesting Rosenstein turn over evidence in an ongoing investigation, but they are hoping Rod Rosenstein will not honor that request, knowing Rod Rosenstein could get fired not honoring that request. The GOP is looking for a scapegoat with Rosenstein to interrupt Mueller's investigation. They know Rosenstein really can't hand over that evidence.

Which is their corrupt way of firing Rosenstein, to diminish Mueller.

Rod Rosenstein is as corrupt as the sun is hot. He is a disgrace and combined with Comey, Strzok, Page, Mueller, Ohr, etc., shows the widespread corruption in the DOJ. If they had a drop of honor they would resign, but they don't and they wont - at least until they can retire and live off the money they stole from the USA.

None of this surprises me. The end game should be the repeal and replacement of the FBI with an agency that helps local and state law enforcement officials.

But over the years, the FBI has tried to entrap politicians (Abscam) and otherwise abused its power. The refusal by FBI officials to honor a congressional subpoena shows a contempt not only for Congress, but for the Constitution and the American people.

FBI agents put their lives at risk every day to protect and serve America, but the fish rots from the head down, as the saying goes. Throw the fish heads in prison, and re-assign everyone else.

Comey and the press are talking about these notes daily. They are being presented as evidence of Trump wrongdoing by one side without the people being able to see what the evidence is. Comey claims they are unclassified. The FBI seems to think they are wanting to redact portions of them. Gowdy has seen them and believes the people have a right to know what’s in them. So they are in a bit of a pickle. If they redact the pages, it means Comey leaked classified information.

Your link goes to an article about Hillary’s server and classification. One option politifact didn’t consider was the removal of headers before bing sent. But really none of it matters because when you are cleared for classified information, you are trained on how to recognize it, trained on how to confirm its status if in question, and trained that transmitting unmarked classified materials is not an excuse.

for starters Rosenstein signing off on that corrupt FISA warrant application misleading the court by not informing the court it was opposition research bought and paid for by Clinton and the DNC
