It's increasingly looking like we're going to have a second cold war between the US, Western Europe and the Commonwealth on one side, opposed by China, Russia, and Eastern Europe on the other. Exciting times. Likely they'll all end up supporting some sort of global federation when the dust settles.
I agree, and it's sooo surreal that I can't help thinking it's building up into something nasty - and nobody hopes I'm wrong more than I do. And who started it all, with false information to outright lies, and ridiculous charades like what's going on in Salisbury, at a cost of millions of taxpayer pounds over the next year, which would be enough to save our NHS from crashing and burning and repair zillions of sinkholes in our roads? Well it wasn't Assad or Putin.
