no it wasn't Schiff's memo didn't disprove anything
and you still wont address the fact of Rosenstein ignoring the subpoenas for the warrant application that will settle this once and for all

    The Constitutionally mandated oversight duty.

You should read the Constitution sometime.

and that's for a judge to decide not Rosenstein if you have evidence that is subpoenaed by a separate investigation you cant decide on your own to ignore that subpoena
you take your case in front of a judge and explain to the judge that releasing the evidence will jeopardize a separate investigation asking a judge to prospone compliance

Oh, a personal partisan problem. You do know the chair has subpoena powers right?

I think it is you who needs to do a little reading. Show me in the Constitution where three Congressman can mandate spoliating evidence in the middle of an investigation, by using blackmail towards an acting Attorney General?

Not for the purposes of obstruction.

Which could easily be used as a vehicle to fire Rosenstein. And who said this was part of a separate investigation?

Subpoenas for what? For something that isn't there? It was already spelled out in every way possible that the protocols for the FISA warrants proceeded by all legal means. The fact that folks like you and others insist otherwise is just an exercise in spreading a narrative for creating scandal where none exist. Again, there is nothing to hand over. It's nothing more than a foundation to create a false narrative about nothing. Republicans have been doing this for years now, and no one is fooled by it. They are asking Rosenstein to subpoena warrant applications that were already approved. There is nothing for him to ignore.

Why would a judge be deciding a case that is far from over?

Rosenstein should have been fired along with McCabe and all other upper management of the FBI the day Trump took office.

Don't care. Corruption is an equal opportunity trait.

Are you arguing that the law should vary based on party? That's what "progressives" believe, they believe there is no rule of law.

    Rosentstein is corrupt?

What a beautiful accusation without any evidence.

Bearing false witness is the new transparency for Republicans. All that is needed, is COMMON KNOWLEDGE. FAKE FACTS.

Anyone not supported by Dick pills Jones, Hannity and Trump is basically the standard for who trumpers decide they like or don't like.

We still don't know what the lying was? As a matter of fact, the IG report doesn't match the WH version about McCabe. "The Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General has concluded that former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe misled internal investigators over his role in authorizing a leak of information to The Wall Street Journal. Although the report delivers a harsh assessment of McCabe, a longtime target of President Trump, it also undermines the narrative of McCabe as an anti-Trump partisan who sought to harm the president’s 2016 campaign." The Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General has concluded that former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe misled internal investigators over his role in authorizing a leak of information to The Wall Street Journal. Although the report delivers a harsh assessment of McCabe, a longtime target of President Trump, it also undermines the narrative of McCabe as an anti-Trump partisan who sought to harm the president’s 2016 campaign. Something smells mighty rotten in Trump town. How come what the WH said and what the IG has said, don't match? Someone has an awful lot of explaining to do, and it doesn't look McCabe is the one needing to do the explaining.

This looks like a major hit job on McCabe to mix several different stories into one, and the conclusion is that McCabe is lying. Tell us how he is lying and how the WH has a different story? The IG and the WH can't have it both ways. For sure, one of them is lying. https://www.theatlantic.com/politic...vindication-in-mccabes-lack-of-candor/558035/

Don't worry it will all come out in the investigation of Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe, Lynch and Hillary. They need to start with Huma and Anthony with the classified material on his laptop. I think she'll sing like a Canary.
