Obama recommended promotion to Flag Officer and further promotions ahead of his peers. You don't get a higher recommendation than that. The along with the spotless FBI report.

This was all politics and obstructionism by the Democrats.

Like I said, do a better job vetting your candidates. Or become a leader that actually attracts qualified candidates.

 

The difference is that Obama had a 17% turnover in staff in the first 16 months in office - Trump is at a record breaking 50% of his staff. You guys hated Obama for his ineptitude with staff - yet give Trump a complete pass despite his total incompetence at it.
That's not opinion - it's just a simple look at the numbers.

 

There is an extreme difference between "close to perfect" and donald ****ing trump.

 

You don't get a higher recommendation than a promotion one step up on the naval officer rankings?

No one who is not already a Trumpette is going to believe that Jackson was sidelined solely because of Democrats when Democrats do not control the House, the Senate, or the White House.

I never said one word about Ovomit's staff. What I said is you guys complain about every little thing Trump does or what Bush did. Nitpicking every move. It's pure hatred.

 

If he could have stood up under questioning by the Congressman, then he would still be the nominee. His lack of administrative experience was just too high of a hurdle and the White House realized that once it went beyond Trump's impulsive nature.

Another problem was that the Admiral was going to be under oath, and the White House realized that he could be asked about the truthfulness of Trump's medical exams.

Frankly, it doesn’t seem that being “qualified” has done anything but run the VA into the ground. Whether or not this guy would have done a good job will now never be known.

That's NOT what the hit job smear was about. The Democrats could have had that discussion but apparently they were too scared of it. So why did Obama have a "drug dealing alcoholic" as his personal physician and why did him promote him to a flag rank and reccommend he be fasttracked to his second star ahead of his peers?
