Syrian Arab Army has just finished the eleminating of the last large rebels' enclave near the city of Al-Rastan. Thus Assad's forces sufficiently improved military situation in the ongoing civil war. Eastern Ghouta was liberated several weeks ago, now Rastan cauldron doesn't exist any more.

Crazy in the White House and the Pentagon do not have rational thinking. They have their own ostensibly "logic". The reason for the madness - is coming collapse of the American economy.
The "logic" of the political decisions of the American authorities can be compared with the "logic" of a rabid dog - it bites everyone. Until of course he will not die. Therefore, we will observe the growth of aggression from the US and new wars in the near future.

Dear Mr. Illusionary Self Delusion -

Why do exactly ZERO out of approximately 1,000 American Rock, Metal and Thrash bands speak out about the American led slaughter specifically in the last 20 years ?

Metal and Rock artists won't write about illegal U.S. led wars against at least a half dozen nations who posed no threat, invaded nobody, innocent Arab countries, for oil and war profiteers ?

Is that because America IS SUCH A FREE COUNTRY ?

So is it over, can we start bringing our soldiers home seated in aircraft rather than in bodybags, and can we send all the Syrian 'refugees' back home so they can start rebuilding?
It would be nice to see the end of a war where many, including me, ask why we were there in the first place.

You expected, that one strike against science center and some facilities, can change the course of war? If there would be a massive air campaign as it was against Iraq, syrian army would suffer a heavy losses. But latest attack was just a demonstration.

Yesterday a convoy of 300 American trucks packed with arms were headed towards the Kurd troops in the US occupied area of Syria. That's where Syria's oil and gas is. Without it, how can the Syrians rebuild?

    Assad is 6'2".
