The OP's talking about a Royal Wedding, and, well, it's traditional and glamorous, but it's not fashion because you don't see no one no where dress like that but at a big chin dig/party. and by big, I mean Wedding or Horse Racing if the Queen goes big - That's ladies UK formal wear, note the hat.

 

People can buy this for £55.00

and whenever I see someone wearing it for whatever patriotic celebration or whatever... I'm reminded of the price.
