I'd say the IG actually did in fact just rule it out must to the chagrin of Trump chumps who have been acting like the IG report was going to completely exonerate Trump and bring down the so-called "deep state" which is really just an accurate descriptor for their delusion.

At the very least, Peter Strozk text clearly shows political bias.

Since its now proven that Strzok was trying to stop Trump anything he may have worked on during his time with Mueller will not be admissible.

This effectively makes it impossible for Mueller to present a case against Trump except with new evidence acquired after he was fired.

Mueller saying he fired him right after he found out is irrelevant.

Now when Mueller is proven to have filed indictments on Russian companies without the evidence to do so it will end the investigation by showing corruption all over the place.

The only thing to do is to just let it go or start a brand new investigation with all new people.

This one is so corrupted at this point that nothing Mueller brings up will stand.
