I don’t know of anyone with any credibility advocating for the murder of the other side. This is a fringe individual worthy of condemnation. Not a representation of anything either side does or should stand for.

This country has lost all perspective on reality. To think half the country is nuts and deserves death or exile is literally crazy. The left thinks this. And the right thinks this.

The average voter has absolutely lost their mind.

The Tweet was based on hatred and emotion. Who among us typically acts that way? Liberals, that's who.

Come on now. I don’t see any reason to push that rhetoric. Both sides have their crazies and acting like that’s not the case is dishonest. We should be able to agree that those who would resort to violence are not welcome on either side of the aisle.

Or are we forgetting about this gentleman among plenty of others?

difference is liberals fringe are well known public figures Madonna, Kathy Griffin, Johnny Depp, Peter Fonda and that's just off the top of my head I'm sure If I do a google search I would find more liberal public figures that advocated and or implied violence against Trump his family and or Trump supporters

So when well know public figures advocates or implies violence isn't that not fringe anymore but mainstream?

Yes there are plenty of celebrities that say dumb nonsense. Some that I like. I don’t get my marching orders from them or anyone else. I let my morals and judgment do that for me. I don’t know of particular instances of celebrities, aside from Kathy Griffin, advocating violence. (She paid pretty dearly for that one, I think.) If you’d like to present any you know of I’d be happy to rebuke them right here and now.

Celebrities can be in the fringe quite easily. Look at Roseanne or Tom Cruise. Nut jobs, both of em’.

Fair enough. Myself I used Tarot Cards where Obama was concerned. They claimed that he would be a terrible president from the get-go and that his worshipers would eventually come to suffer from some mental disease called TDS. It's a mystery to me but it's eerie how accurate Tarot readings can be.

Ok, in all fairness you're correct, both sides have their crazies, but the left has a lot more than the right does, I don't even think it's debatable .

Yes let’s continue to push this narrative that the other side is filled with boogiemen that are out to destroy America and bring on the end times. How can we ever expect a peaceful political climate when we choose to dehumanize people simple because we disagree with them on how the country should be run? We should spend more time looking for similarities and compromises with each other and less time searching for monsters. When you seek goblins and ghouls, you will almost certainly find them.

Lol, you guys just elected a 28 year old socialist bartender because she wasn’t a white male like her opponent. “Compromising” with the other side when they’re intentionally sabotaging the country is not an option.

I don't think Steve Scalise was seeking "goblins and ghouls" while practicing baseball for the annual Congressional Baseball Game, but one sure found him didn't it?

Yes and neither were the 168 people killed by Timothy McVeigh in 1995. As long as we continue to push this narrative of otherhood on our political rivals the crazies will always feel motivated to be violent. It’s easier to kill someone you don’t view as a real person. But you don’t want a peaceful political climate do you?

I don't think there is any "we" here at all.

All I see is top Democrat Law Makers, Hollywood types, other local Democrat politicians, Democrat restaurant owners, Democrat University professors, and a bunch of psycho leftist on social media calling for violence against Conservatives and Trump supporters.

Eric Rudolph, Gordon Kahl, Las Vegas white supremacists, KKK in Charlottesville and elsewhere, attacks on Muslims with the torching of domestic mosques --- gee, these right wingers sure are violent and intolerant.
