I imagine the left is going to be totally against this, but I'm not. This bill is long overdue and it should protect free speech without the violent threat of cowardly unknown masked thugs viciously attacking people who wish to freely and peacefully assemble.

I suppose that depends on the definition of "prank". There were multiple reports across the country of people in these clown masks terrorizing people, chasing people, threatening them with weapons, committing robberies, and threatening school shootings. Here in Florida, I can remember schools being put on lockdown from clown threats, and multiple reports of clowns chasing kids and chasing innocent people with random weapons like baseball bats and axes and knives.... If I remember correctly, there were multiple felony and misdemeanor charges across the country against these clown masked freaks.

Doesnt state just wearing it. No "religion" allows you to injures, oppresses, threatens, or intimidates any person under our laws atleast.
