I like how you keep pretending like this has been about holding Russia accountable this whole time.

Now that the narrative is falling apart though, I like how you're stripping the conspiracy theory down to the nuts and bolts to try and make it look more reasonable.

Yeah, a few minutes of dissecting the indictment and the real major thing was a full exposition on how the hacking supposedly happened(supposedly, because it's not yet tried.) Also, chances are this won't make it to a courtroom. Unless the Russians actually do want to contest this one as well, that'd be a hoot.

Meanwhile pretending like this never had anything to do with Trump.

I guess we will have to wait to see. "Pretty clearly" may be wishful thinking, or completely wrong.

Then there is the question of what exactly was the relationship with the unnamed person.

And according to the indictment, there are also others:

"On or about August 22, 2016, the Conspirators, posing as Guccifer 2.0, transferred approximately 2.5 gigabytes of data stolen from the DCCC to a then-registered state lobbyist and online source of political news."

"On or about August 22, 2016, the Conspirators, posing as Guccifer 2.0, sent a reporter stolen documents pertaining to the Black Lives Matter movement. The reporter responded by discussing when to release the documents and offering to
write an article about their release."

"On or about August 15, 2016, the Conspirators, posing as Guccifer 2.0, received a request for stolen documents from a candidate for the U.S. Congress. The Conspirators responded using the Guccifer 2.0 persona and sent the candidate
stolen documents related to the candidate’s opponent."

So it seems there were many people jumping into the Guccifer 2.0 band wagon. Does that mean they were all working with Russia?

Trump asked Russians to get Clinton emails. They immediately started trying.

The president is indeed a traitor.

I don't believe the Easter Bunny is Russian (still fact checking that) or a member of the Trump campaign, so he (or she) is probably safe....

Hey Russia, find those 30,000 email.

    Absolutely Mr. Candidate for President.

I thought you guys said Trump was Putin's butt boy. Now you're running with this leftwing media attempt to connect two events and show Putin is actually owned by Trump?

When are you going to make up your minds?

You clearly didn’t read the indictments since that’s not what they said.

Yeah, it probably does, if unwittingly.... all should be looked into if and when they are named...

Back to Roger, I posted this in another thread... It will come out if Roger is the person mentioned, but I just LOVE his attempt at saying it's not him...

    SNIP
Stone acknowledged to CNN that an exchange in the indictment matches messages he previously released, but maintained that he does not believe that he is the unnamed person in the indictment.

The indictment states that on August 15, 2016, and again on September 9, Russian officers posing as Guccifer 2.0 "wrote a person who was in regular contact with senior members" of the Trump campaign

Stone told CNN by phone, "I don't think it is me because I wasn't in regular contact with members of the Trump campaign," although he was in contact with Donald Trump himself.

Oh yeah, THAT's gonna fly, Rog....

Then explain precisely, in the words of yourself, exactly what constitutes meddling in this particular matter.

Kindly explain the matter yourself, in your own words, rather than expecting an outside party to do the explaining for you.

Yeah, I read that. As I wrote, we will have to wait and see if it was Rodger.

If it was, I'm still left with "so what?".

I don't get how that means anything in the grand scheme the left is trying to sell.

They're categorically deranged at this point(Which I know is somewhat offensive, but unfortunately it's accurate.) Rosenstein pretty much said no American was charged in connection with this, and let me explain the legal reason why:

Think of Wikileaks. I couldn't use Wikileaks as a source in a collegiate paper, it's stolen material and therefore unrecognized legitimately. That said, even if I went on wikileaks and read the material, I would not be 'charged' as though I stole it.

Why? Because once wikileaks released it, it became public information. In other words, if Rosenstein wanted to, really wanted to he could've listed the Washington Post, the New York Times, etc. Anyone who ever read the stolen information released.

But he didn't, why? Because he wanted to conflate it to only the dates/activities when crimes occurred. However, one could also read it that the Senate candidate would either be separately indicted.

One thing is for sure -- anybody, even someone as wonderful as Hilarity Clinton can be hacked to pieces if they're witless reckless, and ignorant enough to send, receive, or re-transmit classified information on an unprotected server IN THE "CLEAR" MODE!

Not only did Hilarity break the f*cking LAW by doing this, repeatedly, but to any of us who understand EXACTLY what is demanded of people with government security clearances, she put herself on full display to the world as being incredibly STOOPID! But not, evidently, to the masses of rabid, radical Democrats who gnash their teeth to this day because someone as stupid as that lost the election!

What I do know, we are up to 32 indictments and not one for collusion with Putin which was the original accusation or collusion with any Russians.

    Where's the collusion ????

I guess you missed his press conference. He said "no Americans were criminally involved". So sad for you Trump haters. I guess you will have to find another cause.

I think the team is waiting until after the midterms. This current announcement appears to be a direct response to the traitor's date with his best friend scheduled for Monday.
