This deserves its own thread to shut down the fake news narrative that FOX is pushing so hard right now. Here is the link to the indictment and the exact text.

    Paragraph 44:
"44. The Conspirators, posing as Guccifer 2.0, also communicated with U.S. persons about the release of stolen documents. On or about August 15, 2016, the Conspirators, posing as Guccifer 2.0, wrote to a person who was in regular contact with senior members of the presidential campaign of Donald J. Trump."

Like I said, further indictments are to follow with more on who was involved from the U.S. Aside from Trumps campaign someone running for congress supposedly requested stolen documents, they were not named in this indictment because this is specifically about the Russian Goverment.

Response from the WH about known influence in the US election:

As Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said today:

There is no allegation in this indictment that Americans knew that they were corresponding with Russians. There is no allegation in this indictment that any American citizen committed a crime. There is no allegation that the conspiracy changed the vote count or affected any election result.”

Today’s charges include no allegations of knowing involvement by anyone on the campaign and no allegations that the alleged hacking affected the election result. This is consistent with what we have been saying all along.”

This person referenced is Roger Stone. He admitted it today.

Well back, Roger. Did you think Mueller would not lift your rock?

Maybe there’s more, but even if there isn’t this is a big deal. People need to understand how they’re being manipulated by a foreign power to think a certain way. A good place to start overcoming such manipulation is this: realize that Trump tweeting or babbling something does not make it true. Can everyone accept that?

Some people think that Trump requesting that a foreign government hack his oponents emails ( which they then did) is a big deal.

Does a foreign government need Trump’s permission to hack us? Remember, obama had given Putin a stern warning, threatened him with no dinner before going to bed.

He will be indicted too. Much sooner than later.

Very impressive to see Mueller operate.

He started chewing the pyramid from the bottom and gradually he's getting closer to Trump.

The objective being that if the President is accused of collusion, he will no longer be able to fall back on his subordinates because they will all have been indicted before him.

BTW, a con man is someone who promises something so you’ll give him what he wants and th3n he doesn’t deliver. A con man might say vote for him and you’ll save $2500 on your insurance, and knowing the math doesn’t work, the sheep obediently vote for him.

That does not excuse Trump's behavior.
Actually, Obama focused on securing our voting systems, until after the election. After that, he poured on the sanctions and confiscated their properties. He made the choice to wait so as not to look like he was interfering in the process. In case Trump supporters dont recognize that, it's called "class".

Trump denies the Russian interference, despite openly encouraging it. Obama bites his tongue to avoid even the appeal of interfering. That's quite the contrast.

Let's compare all this to Trump, shall we? :

The foreign agenr he appointed to head our national security now stands a chance of going to federal prison because of lack abiut conversations he had with Russians implying Trump would ease the sanctions.

Then congress had to pass a law to keep Trump from doing this.

And Trump denied (and still denies, on occasion) that Russia even did these things..
Yes, let's compare Trump and Obama on this topic.

Wouldn't be the first time he couldn't keep his mouth shut.
    That's why we have Mueller.

Don't dodge it. It was the Trump people that couldn't leave the Ruskies alone.
But actually I think Obama probably should have said "Hey people the Russians are working for Trump."

For the second time, months apart, Mueller team has said no Americans were involved in collusion with the Russians. None of his subordinates, even those charged, has not been charged with working with the Russians to sway the election. Most have been charged for conduct done before joining Trump's team.

Someone(s) who has yet to be identified and was operating under an alias or false identity was in regular contact with Roger Stone who was in regular contact with the Trump campaign = evidence of Russian Collusion.

    Have I got that right?

Is this the flimsiest federal case in history or am I missing something?

So let me get this straight. Bill Clinton sells technology to China in exchange for cash, obama tells Russia he’ll have more flexibility after the next election, Clinton has her reset button and Bubba gets $500k, she sells uranium to Russia and gets $145 million, but Trump works for Putin even after he tells Germany to scrap their multi billion dollar deal with them. You guys are messed up, stop being uninformed sheep.

Well then, Trump's DOJ should be moving to arrest Bill Clinton and Barack Obama any day now, right? Or are you just going into your usual deflect and derail move again? I know where my money would be on this proposition. Who on earth do you think you're fooling champ. Bill Clinton hasn't been President for almost 20 years...lol...Get a grip mate.

It is off topic. If these crimes were indeed committed, why didn't the Bush DOJ prosecute Clinton and if Obama committed heinous crimes why doesn't Trump's DOJ prosecute it? You are full of it Steve along with being off topic. Try to focus on the topic, please.
