Deep state is in the panic mode

The deep state is in a panic mode. They are afraid that Putin told Trump many things that he can use against them.

Wouldnt it be a hoot if Putin was the one that really drained the swamp in Washington.

 

Well, you know they say that if it's too good to be true it probably is. Pleasant thought, however.

 

Just stopped by to remind you that you permanently shed all credibility when you utter the words “deep state” and don’t immediately follow them with “hahahahahaha”.

It’s like announcing you’re a proud memebrr of the flat earth society.

Hey, there are some very valid conspiracy theory quacks out there that I’m sure logical1 got this from. Don’t make fun of his alternative facts.

They come up with all kinds of Trump dreams, off shoots to turn into Hannity news, then FOX news, then trailer / southern Baptist news and finally it is an American "FAMILY GUY" story... Woo hoo... chit chat at Golden Corral after Sunday Service. All you can eat for $7.95

That's cute, but the loss of credibility belongs to those who think there are no hidden agendas and you can always trust your government....
That is a state of delusion that would take some real effort to say you believed and keep a straight face.

We don't know what all is going on behind the curtains up there. But as a simple example, Mr Snowden showed us some of the secret NSA public spying that none of the public knew anything about, and as it turned out most or all of the congress didn't know about either. Deep secrets- kept from the actual administration running the country??

You can bet for everything you actually uncover like that, there are 9 more that you don't know about.
AKA.... Deep State.

 

Call it whatever you want to call it. When members of the FBI let a democrat off the hook for her crimes, then turn around and attempt to remove her opponent from office, that meets the definition of either "deep state" or "corrupt bureaucrats."

By definition the "deep state" is; "a body of people, typically influential members of government agencies or the military, believed to be involved in the secret manipulation or control of government policy."

I have NO DOUBT it would still be a secret if Clinton was elected in 2016.

If the deep state is so powerful and so strongly against Donald Trump, how did he get elected. I don’t doubt the government keeps secrets from us, but a boogieman has been created by the right and it’s got them checking their closets and looking under their beds. More often than not it turns out to be dust bunnies.

 

Well------------the left is so sure that Russians know everything and did everything. It would be great if what Putin gave Trump puts all the crooked AHs from the Obama regime in jail for very long terms.

 

I think focus on Trump is a new thing. Up until the point he upset the election, they were busily turning America toward socialism and dependency. Creating weaker people, as they will allow you to herd them like sheep. Trump is the spoiler, and they are scrambling for options.

 

Don’t you think they could have made the election results whatever they wanted them to be if they were capable of what the right claims? I mean if they wanted Hillary and they had the means, would she not be president. I think someone saw a mouse and swears it was a javelina.

 

Deep State, in the sense the Cult of Denial uses the term, is a fiction.

Which is exactly what the Demagogue-in-Chief is doing. Creating zombie pods who believe every lie he tells.

 

Probably one of the biggest reasons Hillary lost was because she was a serial liar. No moral person like a liar. So call it what you want, but Hillary cries herself to sleep every night, and President Trump looks at the beautiful wife next to him and drifts off to peaceful sleep.

 

It's hard to mess with election results since those are done at the local level by volunteers. It would be impossible to hide that from them.

Perhaps the problem is the term "the deep state". It's nothing more than federal government career bureaucrats who want to protect their jobs. A guy like Trump is a wild card who could easily sign an EO that fires them. What he did to Comey is an excellent example of that. He just up and fired the director of the FBI! That has them in panic mode because they're pretty much useless in the private sector, and they wouldn't be able to survive on a DMV salary.

What's Comey doing now? Working at the piggly wiggly? He couldn't get a job flipping burgers or swinging a hammer. He's absolutely utterly useless in the real world, and that is true for the vast majority of them.

The deep state is not a boogeyman. It's just useless government employees desperately worried about their jobs, and they'll do anything they can to keep them. They are swamp creatures found in every branch of the government in every government in the world, and they know deep down how utterly useless their skills are in the private sector.

 

You know, I can appreciate your assessment. I don’t agree on every point, but I’ve been in the Army just under six years and if there’s anything I know, it’s useless bureaucrats. Thanks for clearing it up, though I still do believe some posters on here assign them far more power and influence than they truly hold.

 

You know your a dem in trouble when the Russian president does more to help America than you do.

 

Ummmm . . . you do know that the radicals of the Left and about half of the youth of the 1960s knew better than to trust the U.S. government in regard to anything? But then again they were peace inclined in those days and would not DREAM of agitating to start a war with Russia. When the Left goes bad it goes bad in a big way.

 

Individually, they're not all that dangerous. Collectively, they are very dangerous because their job is to keep their jobs, and they rely on each other to do that.

A great example of "the deep state" is what happened when WW1 broke out. The generals were blue blooded bureaucrats who had no idea what they were doing. The result was a bloodbath of epic proportions as guys on horseback waving sabers were ordered to charge machine gun nests. Eventually they were weeded out and replaced by guys who were able to take advantage of the technology of the time.

 

Might as well just drop all pretense and declare yourself a Putinist. I never thought I'd see a number of Republicans get a collective woody over a Russian dictator - but here we
