    Trump isn't required to inform him.

    This power to negotiate is given strictly to him by the Constitution, not anyone else.

    He can include or exclude as many people as he wants to.

    I did not elect Mr. Coats to talk to foreign leaders, I hired Trump to do that.

    we have a pres with no foreign diplomacy skills, new to the job, goes in unprepared, doesnt heed the advice of his counslers, and cant put a word with 3 syllables in a sentence, winging it with someone who is bent on undermining our govt, yet his supporters think that is ok.

    Speak for yourself, many of us are extremely pleased with Trumps performance so far.

    I can't wait to vote for him again.

    Maybe I'll even vote twice since there are no voter ID laws.
