    The ship "Castoro 10" started to lay the first pipes into the baltic sea and construction is planned to be finished mid 2019. By end of 2019 the new pipeline will go into service and deliver each year 55 billion cubic meters gas from Russia to Germany

    I think its amazing. Trump tried evrything in his power to stop this project and at the end even started to insult Germany and its people.

    Trumps goal was to sell overprized american gas to Germany and he failed completly. At the hight of the conflict, our government made the american deal proposals public, showed that american gas would e more than double the prize and with that kicked the americans out of business.

    What i dont understand is, are there americans who actually believe that if their president insults another nation, that this nation will then do what the american president wants?

    I would lik to understand this way of thinking.

    Don’t even need that.
    It’s like giving an 18 year old cheap meth for a while. After that kid gets hooked on the drug real good you can raise your prices, or demand ANYTHING you want from that kid - it will be done and the kid will come back and ask for more.
    That kid is going to be germany.
    And we will just sit from the other side of the ocean and watch. :)

    i'm sure they wont, given how tight putin and trump are. maybe putin tell trump he want sell gas, so ask trump to raise US gas price ;)

    We get only 23% of our energy from russia and have contracts with others as well.

    Meanwhile Russia only has us as their customer and depend on our payments.

    Russian gas 1.8 cent per cubic meter. American gas 3.3 cent per cubic meter. Sorry we are not communist like you. We chose the better option.

    No, release a recombinant virus programmed by BAYER to target their specific haplo group and kill 40% of their population through CRISPR/CAS for example. Thats how wars are fought in 2021st century.

    We can start soft though and shut down their energy grid or simply use some of our 2000 tons of plutonium.

    Germany is a technological superpower. Russia doesnt even have running water in evry city. Nobody is afraid of russia.

    All it took was a nice little private chat with Putin, and Trump changed his mind about it. That, and the fact that the Germans were not about to be bullied by Trump's usual childish ranting and threats.

    Wingas.com says Germany imports 40% from Russia. With new pipeline I wouldn’t be surprised if it went to >50%.
    Russia throws a demand at you and threatens to cut off all supply and guess what? If Germany doesn’t comply its economy literally stalls.
    Yep, germany will be like an 18 year old meth whore - pleasing the dealer just to get another dose.

    Allrighty then if you guys believe Russia is no longer a threat then we should get out of your country and NATO. Especially if your plans include using biological weapons and killing off huge amounts of civilian populations during war. We dont want to be associated with that kind of government.

    Gas doesnt mean energy. We get 23% of our energy from russia. Believe it or not, we also have other fuels and not just gas. From gas, its 40% from russia.

    You must sell some bad **** bro, because we cancelled any contract with your companies.

    Majority of Germans want NATO to end. 60% see USA as enemy and bigger threat than Russia. Im always suprised that some morons believe we see you as friends.
