Nelson is losing in Florida and didn't take long to bust off the Russian excuse that all Demos will be using when they lose an election. Of course the Demo couldn't back up his claim with proof or any evidence. When pressed he said it was classified as to what he knows. This is the desperation of the Democrats. And since they knew their excuse of the Russians made us lose worked with Trump. Well....you know, they would be ready to use the same tactic again. What say ye?

Russians Infiltrated Florida Voter Registration Systems.....

TAMPA — Russian operatives have "penetrated" some of Florida's voter registration systems ahead of the 2018 midterms, U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson said Wednesday, adding new urgency to concerns about hacking.

The state, however, said it has received "zero information" supporting his claim.
"They have already penetrated certain counties in the state and they now have free rein to move about," Nelson told the Tampa Bay Times before a campaign event in Tampa. He said something similar a day earlier in Tallahassee but declined to elaborate.
"That's classified," the Democrat said Tuesday.

He is facing a re-election challenge in November from Gov. Rick Scott, whose administration said it has no knowledge of the allegations made by Nelson.

Nelson and Florida's other senator, Republican Marco Rubio, wrote a July 2 letter to the 67 county election supervisors about potential threats. But that letter lacked the specificity Nelson laid out.

"County election boards should not be expected to stand alone against a hostile foreign government," the lawmakers wrote in recommending "a wide range of services" from the Department of Homeland Security.

"We were requested by the chairman and vice chairman of the Intelligence Committee to let the supervisors of election in Florida know that the Russians are in their records," Nelson told the Times on Wednesday. (audio below) He noted he is a member of the Armed Services subcommittee on cybersecurity.....snip~

What else do they have to run on? It's certainly not any kind of rational policy platform that Independents can get behind.

In the NBC poll of 947 registered Florida voters, conducted via telephone by Marist, Nelson was favored over Scott 49-45 percent. Each candidate is about equally strong with his respective political base, but Nelson’s advantage is among independents, who favor him 50-41 percent, according to the survey, which has an error margin of 3.9 percentage points.

    Of course they are.

Dems will never accept the idea they they lose elections because of the candidates they run and/or the policies said candidates run on -- they only lose because someone cheated.

Ever notice how the Dems never, ever, worry about "voting irregularities" in elections they win?

From this day forward, all Democrat losses will be caused by the intrusion of outside forces.

    July 31st, not June. ;)

Nelson's numbers have been static since February of 2017 when he polled at 46 percent to Scott's 41 percent. Now, Nelson is at 44 percent and Scott is at 47 percent, with enough undecideds to swing this race either way.

Scott does better among white voters and men, and runs strongest in north and southwest Florida — traditional Republican strongholds. Nelson does better among women, blacks and Hispanics and in southeast Florida, the home of about one-third of all Democratic voters in the state.

Mason-Dixon says the I-4 corridor in central Florida is slowly trending in Scott's favor.

Scott is viewed more favorably than Nelson in the poll, 44 percent to 36 percent. President Donald Trump is viewed favorably by 43 percent and unfavorably by 46 percent.

Nelson is a runaway favorite among young voters, aged 18 to 34. He leads with that group 56 percent to 33 percent. But Scott leads or is tied among voters in all other older age groups......snip~

With the widespread acceptance that Putin, to further Russia's interests, contrived to help Trump and hurt Clinton in the 2016 presidential election, an inordinate number of Americans are willing to surrender to Putin.

You should try reading the posts in the thread..........like this from ocean515 to whom I was replying........."What else do they have to run on? It's certainly not any kind of rational policy platform that Independents can get behind.".............so as to minimize displays of ignorance.

Repubs will never accept the idea they voted for the candidate Putin favored and worked so hard to install.

Typical watery expulsion from the frauds at The Hill.

    Double digit support? Try 11%.

What did the vast majority of those polled say?

Poll of Puerto Ricans in Florida shows Scott better-liked than Nelson.....

Gov. Rick Scott is better-known and better-liked than Sen. Bill Nelson among Puerto Ricans in Florida, according to a new poll that spells trouble for the incumbent as this Democratic-leaning group leans toward the Republican challenger ahead of the November election.

About 75 percent have a good opinion of Scott, while just 18 percent do not, according to the poll of 1,000 Puerto Ricans in the state commissioned by Florida International University.

Calculated another way, Scott’s net approval rating is 57 percent and Nelson’s is 36 percent among Puerto Ricans. So the Republican is running ahead of the Democrat by about 21 percentage points.

The numbers are even more striking because 57 percent of the poll’s respondents say they’re registered as Democrats; only 12 percent are Republicans. And almost 57 percent said they would vote for a generic Democrat while only 7 percent would vote for an unnamed Republican.

“This is not necessarily the best news for Democrats,” FIU professor Eduardo Gamarra — who analyzed the survey data along with his colleague, Jorge Duany — told POLITICO. “It’s not necessarily ideological. I think they thought this man [Scott] was genuinely interested in their well-being.”

The poll numbers are making Democrats fret even more about Nelson’s Hispanic, and specifically Puerto Rican, outreach after POLITICO reported the depths of his struggles. In some focus groups of Puerto Ricans in Central Florida, few knew much about Nelson. Many knew and liked Scott.

That’s a huge danger for Nelson and a big advantage for Scott because, historically, Democrats have counted on the growing Puerto Rican vote in Central Florida as a counterweight to Republican-leaning Cuban-Americans in South Florida. Puerto Ricans are now the largest Hispanic group in Florida, with more than 1.1 million residents, and experts estimate about 500,000 are voters.

Among Puerto Ricans who’ve come to Florida since 2017, more than 37 percent have a “very good” opinion of Scott. Just over 10 percent of new arrivals share the same opinion of Nelson. New arrivals are also the most independent voters. While 57 percent of those surveyed are still registered as Democrats, that trend is declining among new arrivals. A quarter of those who migrated to Florida in the past year are registered independent — the largest group in that category.....snip~

I don't believe I've ever needed to concede the point that Vlad worked extremely hard to get the guy you voted for elected.

That's because like all Democrats you don't want to accept responsibility for allowing the Russians to hack into all our Top branches of government, and that Your entire party is compromised.

Which then there is the Chinese that your kind allowed into the State Dept and Office of the OPM while Feinstein was giving up classified info to a Chinese Spy for 20 years.

So which form Communism will be the Demos Landing Zone? The Russian form of Communism or the Mao form of Communism.
