By allowing the players to insult our country the NFL has pissed off millions of Americans, our president and now the police. It will be interesting to see who the fans and advertisers support, the kneelers or the cops. And I think it's time everyone takes a page from the left's playbook and boycott the NFL and their advertisers until the players stop insulting patriotic Americans.

I haven't watched any preseason games, but if I keep hearing about the kneeling I won't be watching any regular season game either.

The players are not protesting the National Anthem... OMG... Although now I bet they are adding Trump to their reasons for protesting racial inequality of police brutality... I'd kneel for that, if anybody cared...

I generally only watch the NFL until the NHL fires up... So much more interesting to watch...

Well, I still have to monitor my soon-to-be-hopeless fantasy team as well...

What did these players do during their time off in regards to their angst?

It's okay. We will keep you up to date on the best games.
Speaking of that, did you see the kid from Ol Miss that was playing for the Broncos?

I don't think my post contained the word 'anthem' in it. But the players are purposely kneeling through it knowing it pisses off millions of people and they're specifically targeting cops with their protests. I don't think that's a wise move, it think it's disrespectful and unpatriotic. Why would the players choose to insult me when they're upset with someone else?

You know that is the right wing lie that is being spread. It is no different than the right wing propaganda that was spread against the Civil Rights Movement.

So if I'm upset with potholes on my street and start removing MLK street signs in protest you would be the first to say I'm not insulting blacks. Gotcha.

You wouldn't insult me, because MLK Blvd is always in a rough part of town that you wouldn't even be in. Sounds like you just got GOT.

Thread title, my man.... thought about giving you a heads up, but figured you'd see that..

"I haven't watched any preseason games, but if I keep hearing about the kneeling I won't be watching any regular season game either."

How then, are the players insulting YOU?

BTW, just tune in after the National Anthem and play this instead (remember to stand up if you are sitting on your couch)

When you quoted me and not the thread title I thought your comment was directed at me.

The same way a statue insults people who live hundreds of miles away and needs to be torn down. The same way people from across the country are going to counter protest the Unite the Right rally, etc. I could literally give you hundreds of these types of examples where the left not only goes nuts, but also gets violent over things they'll never be involved with.

Even more reason for police to boycott players declaring those police are racist murderers. Obviously, those players should defend themselves and everyone else in the stadium.

They aint insulting the country. They insult the cops... because it's also directed towards them with their police brutality and racism in the criminal justice department.

And what do you mean... "by allowing the players"?
What kind of fascism is this that you demand people may or may not do?

No one cares about your lame excuses. Are they kneeling during the anthem yes or no?

Nice dodge. He asked you if you would be the first to say he wasn't insulting blacks.

No surprise you ducked the question.

LMAO...Miami cops are some of the most racist, rogue characters you will ever meet- white, cuban and black, and the corruption of their police department is rampant and blatant, and it has been for over 50 years.
Florida cops whining about uppity negroes is the real slap in the face to anyone who knows what their culture is like.

The employers of the players are allowing them to make social/political statements on company time the detriment of the employer’s business. The owners could stop this if they wanted to.

Fascism? Besides being the word of the day, does your employer allow you to insult his customers? If your employer said you can’t come to work in a Nazi uniform that would make him a fascist, right?

LOL pulling up on a 12 years old playing in a public park with a toy gun and ending his life is a little bit more of a concern and disrespectful and unpatriotic then kneeling before a football game.

When those high paid players take off their uniforms they become just black males driving expense cars to the police and when their kids are out playing they to are just blacks males to the police also.

I think that they should fired all those damn black players as Trump already stated and get some good old boys whites to play the game again.

Enough of them wishing for and demanding equal treatment by the police and the courts off the football field as if they was whites!

So kneeling and insulting millions of people will change all that, eh? Now the kneeling is even more stupid.

They are professional actors. Actors do not write their own lines or write the script.

Do actors doing Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet get to change the script so that they both live and instead kill their parents as free speech and not allowing them to do so constitutes "fascism?"

I'll ask again "What did these players do during their time off in regards to their angst?" Lead any protests, have any town hall meetings etc...

Why aren’t the players protesting black on black crimes and murders?

Racism? You guys have brought up fascism AND racism in the same thread. For disagreeing with liberals I’m wondering when you’ll be calling us misogynists.
