Asians don't beg for welfare and college admittance like blacks. How interesting! Something anthropologists should study further.

 

I admit, I've been getting a kick out of that too. Their hysterical insanity makes them accidentally speak the truth more than they normally would. That's why the party is now effectively a Democratic Socialist Party. They don't have to hide it anymore.

It isn't a partisan characteristic, its a human one.

 

Trump fans are good at discussing the hypothetical and the theoretical while emasculating the Democrats, liberals, and socialists. However, when it comes down to hard cases, when it comes to reality, when it comes to what their hero, Trump, is actually doing and saying, they are nowhere to found.

A very small number get on a thread critical of Trump to defend him by cracking jokes, sharing cartoons, or changing the subject, but that is about it. They largely ignore the facts contained in the criticism.

The fact of the matter is, Trump fans can't handle reality.

 

Unfortunately, asians love big government more than everybody else combined. It does work for them at times. There's hong kong and singapore which are both really overbearing big brother governments, but they're also successful economically.

 

Psssst; I grew up with Asians. I've been trained by Asians, and I've taught Asians. But that aside it's a matter of paying attention to reality rather than to liberal indoctrination and social engineering efforts. The bottom line? On the whole Asian cultures are set up to encourage go-getters, and in capitalistic cultures that means competition and advancement based on ones personal efforts. This means that on the whole Asians ARE going to tell Socialists and Marxists to 'get stuffed'.

 

They haven't had much luck at telling them to get stuffed, if I'm honest. Capitalism thrives in Asia, but never for long without western influences.

Don't forget all those north koreans, the cambodians, the vietnamese, and really, imperial japan would have to be thrown somewhere in there, considering it was basically an oligarchy with a dictator who the oligarchs needed to keep the peace. The singaporeans who I mentioned earlier are much in the same boat, with so many rules people have to follow that they might as well have a dictatorship. Hong Kong is supposedly free market capitalism, but if you've ever been there, you can't even spit without picking up a heavy fine.

The thing is that they (locals) don't find that kind of govt 'overbearing'. These are cultures of very pronounced filial piety, and therefore authority veneration.

 

They might have at one point, but there is a growing trend back to Conservatism, <Rule 2> Something most Asians want nothing to do with.

ON the otherhand, we have a very large chinese population (4 different chinatowns) and you see ALL kinds, just like everyone else.

First off, it's a stupid term that doesn't really mean anything. Secondly, in practice, social justice is just another word for equality of outcome, which is another way of saying pinko commie nutjobs.
