Ranked Vote: What is the Most Important Immigration Category Needing to be Dealt With?

    Unfortunately it seems like this may be too difficult a task for some of the other members.
    I had hoped that splitting up the vote into separate sections would make things easier.
    And it actually did for me at least. But I'm not really sure exactly how to explain to others
    how simple it is just to sort a list...

    Yes. Give W a slight edge over Y if you need an order or preference. With more W (in theory) we would need less Y
