    I think it is "shock theater" .... Hollywood, and the media are all in a daily race to see who can say the most shocking thing on camera regardless of whether it is rooted in reality or not.

    Agree with all the above. Having been too selfish and focused on my personal goals as a young man I never served. Many of my friends did and a couple are still career. I do not know any commissioned officers.

    Anyway, everyone I know signed up knowing what they were getting into. They took the oath understanding it’s significance and with the intention of keeping it.

    While there is variety it’s my understanding the majority of service members believe in the Constitution and will uphold it.

    yeah Gianforte had to do 40 hours of community service, 20 hours of anger management, paid a 300 dollar fine, and as a settlement with Jacobs, donated 50000$ to a charity of Ben Jacobs' chosing. So I could see how you would think they were both kind of wrong.:omg::omg::omg: roll eyes, roll eyes, roll eyes.
    The fact that the republican still back him tells you all you need to know about how fake the conservative's new playing the victim role is.

    yep, it's called political gotcha, then when you point out their guy did the same thing... they move on like they don't care anymore, even though just minutes earlier it was the the most concerning things in their mind, funny how that works

    Rosie is as much a 'no one' politically as Trump was back when he was just a reality star saying those things - the big difference is now Trump is the leader of the free world - the idiotic stuff he does now has real consequences for Americans and the world

    It's crooked and dishonest of you to disagree with me...This is a massive massive new initiative, the likes we've never seen before... A lot of people tell me that removing Trump by the military would be a good idea, but I find them sad and a joke. To be perfectly honest, people think it's going to happen.

    Calling for a coup is indeed treason, but you also have to measure how serious she was. Tough to argue that she is being completely serious here and taking steps to make it happen. IMHO, you are allowed a wide latitude of exaggeration for the sake of political commentary.
