I dunno who is telling you that 'choice' is scientific... but its not me. The freedom of choice is philosophical, or even spiritual if you believe in Free Will. The dangerous precedent that restricting abortion represents is a legal issue that impacts the future of our self determination. Its neither scientific nor unscientific. I haven't seen a Pro-Choicers say that a human fetus isn't human so there really is no "dehumanizing" There IS usage of correct, scientific terms like embryo and fetus and not silly emotional terms like "baby" when it clearly is no more a baby than it is a teenager or adult.... Yes, many Anti-Choicers insist there is a "baby" inside pregnant women.

if you want to prevent abortion you come up with better birth control via science or you come up with better science to keep the fetus alive outside the mother.... simple you can't force a rape victim to carry their rapists baby to term...
