I see no problem, but would instead say that science will 'identify' for practical purposes, their sex, allowing individuals to continue to believe/pose as whatever makes them feel most comfortable.

As long as a transgender person does not force their body belief on everyone else, then fine. When a transgender demands everyone call him/her by his/her chosen label and then file lawsuits when someone calls them by the wrong pronoun, then its too far. Same for bathroom and locker room use.

If a person has a penis and wants to pretend he is a woman, fine. But don't expect to use the girls bathroom and locker room, or play on the girls teams, and don't expect everyone to call him a her or hr or zie or any other made up BS term.

When such a person demands everyone else buy into his mental illness, he has gone too far.

People have an easy time believing that

0 = women
1 = men
.5 = hermaphrodite

But can't possibly grasp that there's a .2, .25, .3, etc.

There is plenty of scientific evidence that the genitals and brain develop independently. Almost exclusively, the brain & genitals catch up to each other and align, but not always. This leaves people believing one thing in the brain while the genitalia shows otherwise, hence, the .025, .6, .375, etc.

Very, very few things in life are binary. If there exists a .5, then all other realities are possible. If there is no deviation from the norm, ever, you can call it binary.

People who have a leg blown off still believe a leg exists. They can feel it. You can point to where a leg should exist but doesn't, and prove to them otherwise, but their brain doesn't care.

Why do people have such a hard time grasping this reality? I guess I consider them lucky, in a way. They can't imagine how anyone can be other than completely perfect, wrt whatever the topic is where they conform 100% with the norm.

It's the same way that partisans can't grasp that non-partisans exist. Their team = always good; the other team = always bad. There is no middle. Lol.... sure...........
