I love it when they demand stuff. Cummings DEMANDED that the DOJ OIG investigate Comey's actions in regards to Clinton's emails. As a result the top layer of the FBI was fired for their actions during the election. They DEMANDED that Kavanaugh be investigated. That really worked out for them too. Stupid is when someone refuses to learn the lesson multiple times. If I were them I would keep my head low when it comes to investigations but they just can't seem to stop shooting themselves in the foot. Schumer is just as much of an idiot as Cummings is.

The House will hire Mueller and keep on keeping on.

Trump will have more problems in the Senate than you expect because he's proven to vulnerable by the outcome of the election. He lost and took a lot of Republicans down.

Trump would have lost by an even larger margin if this had been a Presidential election year. The Fat Guy is likely to cost the GOP the Senate and White House in two years. It will be 2008 all over again.

Fatso is in a world of pain. Americans sent a clear message they don't like the guy.

Little Jeff is useless, but Trump is going to have a huge problem because he lost the House.

Why is that? Trump now has a scapegoat if things go wrong.

Was that the same message that Obama got in 2010 when the Democrats lost 69 seats in the House and Senate? The Republicans now have 54 seats in the Senate and can confirm judges like slices of Baloney off an automatic meat slicer. Pray Ruth Buzzy Ginsberg makes it another 6 years.

The crew at Brietbart weren't happy about it, they like Sessions. They say he's the only person in the Trump admin doing anything about illegal immigration. Even if true, his being recused from the Mueller investigation keeps a bullseye on the Trump admin with no one to oversee Rosenstein or Mueller.

I think Rosenstein is next on the chopping block. The Republicans will have 54 seats and don't need a single Democrat for confirmations.

You got the house by a razor thin margin and lost seats in the Senate. Meaning 2 years of tantrum in the House.

Fat chance they would ever get twelve jurors to convict.
Trump can't limit the investigation. You're dreaming.

And you'd still have the same issue. Only Rosenstein can do the interim and be confirmed because he has already gone through a confirmation unlike Whittaker who has not.

To put what you said in proper logical order:

Trump is going to have a problem because he lost the House, he will be able to deal with it infinitely better with an AG who is not useless.

Why do you think the libs and the media are in yet another total meltdown over something they knew was absolutely inevitable and perfectly normal?

. Gained seats in the Senate...unprecedented in modern mid term elections for a sitting president.

An adult with integrity???? Someone who puts country before party?

“It's somebody's version of the truth, not the truth,” -Rudy Giuliani

Disingenuity. This is exactly why politics and fake news is so toxic.

My bad, I didn't know the law worked like that. I thought it was like any other 'intern' job or 'intern' coaching, you could basically do it and if you impress the boss(Trump in this case), it'd turn into a perm spot.

If you read my post you would see that I said “I doubt it”. However “if” firing Sessions and replacing him with some Deep State conspiracy theorist in order to subvert Mueller’s investigation, it will not fly. I do not know much about this new AG at this point, but we will see.

I support them as well, though I believe it’s been tried—at least individual states had tried at some point to put in place term limits for their own representative in the federal Congress—but declared unconstitutional. Apparently, only the federal Congress has the authority to create rules and protocols for its own membership. In other words, we’re not going to see Congress imposing such a rule on itself. I think we’d need a new amendment.

He was a prosecutor. A former Assistant US Attorney and a former Alabama Attorney General.
There is really no obvious excuse for Sessions' poor performance as US AG or his disloyalty to the President.

Worth an interview, but Libertarians are generally not aggressive enough to when it comes to resisting the statists they say they oppose.
