Trump is America's last best hope.

When sufficient barbarians flood in from Third-World countries and poison our America--they will make our America into a Third-World barbarian country.

And although Trump has slowed them down, those barbarians are still increasing their numbers.

Fix it or lose your country.

    John Birch Society mumbo jumbo.

When the Trumpers are beat at the polls, America can be great again.

I agree that the alt right and far right created division unlike anything since the Civil War. Trump is the most divisive President in our history.

GREAT to know that Texas (at long last) is becoming patriotic by voting Blue.

Don't know who or what John Birch is but this empire is going down like all others did who tried multiculturalism and welfare for those who breed but can't or won't feed and lose all morals that breed responsibility.
Only a fool could think that a nation with over half its population on some form of welfare could survive. Sooner or later we run out of other peoples money. And the welfare exhaust the labor of others.
What we should be worried about is the danger of over population and the worlds food shortages. America's food supply alone has dwindled with floods, droughts and influx of the poor who over populate and use up resources and create more waste that pollutes the air and waters. Those who can afford children the least are havign the most kids.

it is on both sides, holding steadfast to it being just the 'other side' shows ignorance and intolerance. at the risk of soundin like my parents, today's generation just don't get it, they were brought up on 'participation trophys' & given everything while being excused for their ill behaviour, there was no discipline given them, so they don't understand the boundaries of life itself...

but, by all means, keep harping on the 'other side' and create further division...

Texas went green from the "Green Wave" of all of the money rich Hollywood liberals elitist and George Soros flooded into Texas.

Looks like it's going to take a few hundred million more dollars to flip Texas from red to blue in 2020.

Many of this generation are pitiful because we turned them over to the communist inspired teachers and professors. They have been indoctrinated for over 50 years now. Like a movie I saw as a kid, The Invasion of the Body Snatchers " their minds have been taken over.
And maybe it is the fault of ' The Greatest Generation ' and mine. Who were too busy living and building a nation to see what their children were learning in these so called schools of higher learning. We got lazy, complacent and they took advantage of it,IMO. Of course I can be wrong just how I see it.

Hmm I'm not sure I see the path to do that. Once Texas goes blue there won't be an electoral college path to Republicans taking the White House again. It's very similar to the situation Republicans were in in 1932. They lost to the Democrats and only sporadically held power up until 1968, when the Democrats decided to go crazy, splitting their party. If you have any ideas, let me know.

When I was in my 20s I knew some "old geezers" that were members of the John Birch Society and I laughed at them assuming they were just some right wing nut jobs. In retrospect and with the wisdom of age I was the fool not them. My life today strongly follws his doctrine.

I should like to find the existence of what my father called "Plain living and high thinking." I want some fields and hills, woodlands and streams I can call my own. I want to spend my strength in making fields green, and the cattle fat, so that I may give sustenance to my loved ones, and aid to those neighbors who suffer misfortune; I do not want a life of monotonous paper-shuffling or of trafficking with money-mad traders. I only want enough of science to enable fruitful husbandry of the land with simple tools, a time for leisure, and the guarding of my family's health. I do not care to be absorbed in the endless examining of force and space and matter, which I believe can only slowly lead to God. I do not want a hectic hurrying from place to place on whizzing machines or busy streets. I do not want an elbowing through crowds of impatient strangers who have time neither to think their own thoughts nor to know real friendship. I want to live slowly, to relax with my family before a glowing fireplace, to welcome the visits of my neighbors, to worship God, to enjoy a book, to lie on a shaded grassy bank and watch the clouds sail across the blue. I want to love a wife who prefers rural peace to urban excitement, one who would rather climb a hilltop to watch a sunset with me than to take a taxi to any Broadway play. I want a woman who is not afraid of bearing children, and who is able to rear them with a love for home and the soil, and the fear of God. I want of government only protection against the violence and injustices of evil or selfish men. I want to reach the sunset of life sound in body and mind, flanked by strong sons and grandsons, enjoying the friendship and respect of neighbors, surrounded by fertile fields and sleek cattle, and retaining my boyhood faith in Him who promised a life to come. Where can I find this world? Would its anachronism doom it to ridicule or loneliness? Is there yet a place for such simple ways in my own America or must I seek a vale in [Chinese] Turkestan where peaceful flocks still graze the quiet hills?"

Thank you for the info. I have heard of Birch but never really studied much about him or the society.
I've always loved to study history and learned a lot about it from Nimrod to Eisenhower, but have also forgot a lot of what I knew, and more than most people will ever know.
Nobody pays attention to it guess it is boring to most? So that is probably why we keep repeating it. o_O:oops:

My idea is that more people catch on to the fact that immigration is destroying the country.

Remember........there's a huge number of "White Helpers" voting with the POC.

As they become more aware of the problem and begin to vote against POC (and stand against immigration)......that again splits the Democratic Party and things could change.

Will the White Helpers" wake up in time?

    Maybe.

So your idea is that white voters will continue to flee the Democrats, making the Democrats as the Black and Brown party (with the media & academia thrown in) and the Republicans as the white party?

The trend is there, but it's a delayed reaction. You couldn't have stopped immigration and amnesty in 1990 to stop California from going permanent Blue because the numbers were already there. I doubt you could do anything now to stop Texas from going Blue in a decade or so. So yes, by 2040 you possibly have a situation in which Whites vote for Republicans at the same percentages that non-whites vote for Democrats now, but it will be decades too late by then.

Its not only TX. Florida just elected to let felons to vote, which will add 1.5 million new voters, and half a million of them are black, and many others hispanic, and poor whites. They are likely to vote Dem, and that will tip the scales in FL where the elections are always very tight.

Perhaps I should have said poor campaigner or sort of like Trump, hard to like. Lack of charisma and likability. There is a reason why Cruz won by 2.5 points while Abbott won by 14 points. Part of the difference was Beto was a charismatic candidate while Valdez wasn't so much. 400,000 or so folks voted Abbott and then for Beto. Why?

The far right as exemplified by Guess Who with "this empire is going down like all others did who tried multiculturalism and welfare for those who breed but can't or won't feed and lose all morals that breed responsibility" (straight out of John Birch Society and the Freemen Institute) keeps cropping up in our history since the 1820.

The anti-diversity screed is an anti-American trope.

it's always been known for both sides, i've said it time & time again... sadly, it's something most on the left would never do, ergo the division
