Tucker Carlson: Man accusing me of assault called my daughter a 'whore'

    The way this story is written it's hard to copy and paste just a part of it and still convey the entire story. In a nutshell, the Creepy Porn Lawyer is accusing Carlson of assaulting a gay Latino immigrant and anticipates charges being filed against him. He also accused Carlson of being drunk.

    Carlson's story is the guy called his daughter a whore and other nasty things to which Carlson's son threw a drink in the gay Latino immigrant's face (good for him) Carlson also said he quit drinking 16 years ago.

    The Creepy Porn Lawyer seems to only go after conservative targets, and how he manages to find these types of clients is beyond me. (if you thought you had a legitimate case would you call him to represent you?) If CPL represents this gay Latino immigrant the way he did with the porn star, the gay Latino immigrant might end up owing Carlson some cash.

    Nice, he's got the gay AND minority bases covered, even though there's no evidence that either of those attributes is relevant.... but yeah let's just posion the water anyways. Gotta keep the narrative going.

    Well, the law cant really give Carlson a pass, but I can, personally. I would have been pretty pissed, too.

    A man at a party allegedly singles out a women a delivers some quite nasty verbal harassment and all he allegedly suffers for it is a drink thrown in his face? This is hardly a matter worthy of legal action. If I were a judge I would toss this case and perhaps consider penalizing those who brought it for having wasted my time. But that's just me.

    look up "Fighting Words Doctrine"
    when a personal insult is committed as in calling your sister or daughter the C word and a whore using the Fighting Words defense you can and should be excused from immediate actions against that person if those actions are appropriate like a drink in the face

    Naturally ... the blue wave didn't reach the Senate. Some of us warned our liberal friends about becoming to emotionally invested in an election ... again. Now the (D) "win" is a lame duck congress who really can't stop Trump from implementing policy. (D)'s will lose even more hispanic voters if the (D)'s don't compromise on immigration reform. Trump's DACA repeal is headed for the SCOTUS. If (D)'s can't curb their anger and legislate -vs- just investigate ... 2020 will be brutal.

    If the accusations are true it was Carlson's son who threw the drink.


    Seems impossible to prove anyways since it seems to have happened in a men's room with no witnesses.

    When it comes to my kids, I snap and would've ended up in jail if this person would've said that to my daughter. That's just me.
