    After watching the atrocity that was the Last Jedi and hearing people claim that men are scared of strong women in movies/tv. I thought we should make a list of really strong women in film.

    Put your best examples
    Obviously Sarah Connor but I'm picking Lena headey's version


    Captain Janeway who started an SJW but in season 4 turned into the baddest ass captain in the Star Trek universe.

    Why could Janeway beat the Borg when Picard could not, Picard drank earl grey.

    Was trying to think of a strong Bond girl you nailed it. I was going to go with Onatop from Goldeneye.

    A film series that portrayed women a lot stronger than you would first think was Carry On, I know you've seen them ;) The irony with Carry On was 1/2 the men were gay and most the writers were and absolutely no one cared.

    Can you imagine how the US college students would react if you tried to make that series in the US today lol.

    The best Carry On is Carry on at your convenience which is about unions and toilets lol.

    never seen any of the films but I have read all 3 books when they first came out.

    I've heard they are good but I daren't watch them because they would taint the books.

    Not watched it because I'm suffering superhero fatigue BUT as a kid I knew DC kicked Marvel's ass. Need to get in the mood first but on my list, watch very little hollywood CGI shitfests I find most of them as much fun as tooth extraction. This one does keep popping back on the radar and she is hot.

    The one upcoming Comic book film I want to see is Joker just because it's going to be different. Different is good.

    Casting is already underway for the feminist version ;)
