Its politics that pays for all this, and the only solution we've seen has failed, the carbon tax redistribution scam. There isn't a science solution because 'global warming' isn't a science problem...
Carbon tax, that’s the solution the GOP had when it belived in their own science. Politics pays for nothing. Politics is telling people what they want to hear, even if it’s wrong, just to get elected. Let’s have Mexico pay for the wall, and let’s bring back those coal mines and steel mills. Global warming isn’t a science problem ? It’s a problem for science to help solve. Politics solves climate change problems? That’s like saying lying solves everything. The people who argue against science, which is based in evidence, are those that are scientifically illiterate .
For Pete's sake, you didn't even read my posts. You missed my point entirely. Apparently so but since you didn't understand what I wrote, I'm not sure.
Whoever controls the politics ends up controlling the tax dollars, and the global warming hoaxsters rely on other peoples' money because they are incapable raising it by honest means...
You did say that climate change is a political problem and not a science problem. Maybe I miss understood you... But, it’s thinking that it’s a political problem that’s the problem. We solved many pollution problems by not playing politics but starting the EPA, proposed by one side, signed into law by the other. That only happens when both sides throw politics out the window and give up the solution to science. Those who want to talk politics and not science are the problem. If you agreed then I misunderstood you, I guarantee that if an asteroid were about to hit the earth and kill everyone, all politicians would hand power of decision making Over to the scientists. That’s where we are, .,
Let me put it this way. If you have a problem like global warming, these in charge should not put a bunch of politicians in a room and look for a solution, most are scientifically illiterate. You find the best scientists and look for solutions.
For me, the debate is whether humans are causing it, and more to the point, whether its worth trying to reverse. I support renewable energy like solar and hydrogen fuel, and I support clean manufacturing because the environment is critical to our health and prosperity. Im not convinved that carbon dioxide specifically will doom us, nor that carbon taxes will fix it, nor that reverting to a pre-industrial civilization or reducing population is a good idea. I take huge issue with the fact that in trying to reduce carbon, we end up driving industry to the third world where there are no pollution laws, so instead of polluting with carbon yet effectively eliminating mercury, sulfur, irradiants, etc, industry just dumps it all straight into the environment, all in the name of carbon footprints. I also take issue with the fact that the more vocal and influencial the carbon activist, the larger their carbon footprint and the more money they stand to make in the offset market. It just smells like elitism and fraud.
Democrats have to date, 100 percent of the time rejected my solutions that are based only on proven science. 1. Enter a massive globally planting of a variety of plants. 2. CO2 Scrubbers are available. Buy some and put them close to cities. 3. If one fears drought, ensure the same thing does not happen elsewhere as happened to Cape Town South Africa. Enter programs globally to store water of the fresh kind. 4. Desalinate the ocean in areas and store that water as pure water. Hell no says Democrats. They forced automakers to make small cars. Not the public buys the suvs and pickups built to carry passengers back of the driver and person sitting front right.
The really inconvenient reality of AGW is exactly this point. The AGW faithful aren't in it to solve the variable climate. They are enforcing an economic design principle. The science is just the smoke behind which the real intent of AGW faith resides. The intent is to "deeply transform" (UN IPCC executive director) the GLOBAL economies and services. That isn't a "let's moderate the temperature as a goal. That's lets fundamentally grab control of the economies because if they direct those economies, they gain the power and dominion over the unwashed they are so desperately terrified of. It's obviousl Watch the dynamics in France over the last couple weeks. .30 Euro a gallon. All it took to burn the cities of France down. Elitist wealth distribution to cover the cost of their economically unviable alternatives. It's about control, they don't give a hoot about the environment. That's why Goldman Sachs is the author if it. It's about endless guaranteed revenue to the very very few. It's the endless guilt trip that ensures you feel better about it. And it really is that simple.
At least you could ask the right question. If you knew any thing about AGW, you’d know that as the average temps rise, it over supplies energy into the system which makes the temperature swings greater, weather much harder to predict and storms more severe. Talking about trying to achieve a particulate temperature is useless. The solution lies in moderating the rate of change and slowing it down to where it was pre industrial revolution. Species evolution can’t keep up with dramatic weather changes which could ultimately lead to, not just more severe weather, but more severe diseases that are harder to eradicate. Because you know so little about science, and only listen to Faux who only talks about economics, everything has to be thought of in terms of what propaganda they are peddling... No, it’s not that simple. If deniers didn’t fall asleep in bio class, they’d get it. Maybe, if we voted all the GOP out of office we could get a few things done. It’s REPUBLUCANS that want to sit on the their asteroids and do NOTHING.
The top paragraph is not intended to inform, but to taunt, insult and smear. The term denier is not scientific, it is a smear. As to the reply over my remark, the DNC has not supported my recommendations that you appear to agree are indeed valid, Since you claim only the removal of the GOP can manage to accomplish my aims. I do not accept on face value that the Democrats would allow that. They must obtain far more control over the citizens. A major difference in the two parties and why I shun the DNC but accept the GOP is the very basics you unwittingly point out for me. That the DNC fights to remove freedom yet the GOP fights for our freedom. I must never allow myself to fight against the public. So i refuse to support the DNC.
I detest the idea I must bring this up but feel free to study your own personal remarks and let us all know how scientific you are being in taunting and insulting posters.
There are the majority of areas that can't have such a problem. We are not the tropics. Sure the doctor you use as your authority knows his medicine, but does he have a cure for warming? Why do Democrats arrive so bitter over this topic yet fail to inform us of their solutions other than we must have laws changed? Why did democrats poke their noses into our auto designs? And our home designs and a lot more that they love to regulate?
The DP like much of the RP and their donors are heavily invested in Fake Science. Hence all the global warming hype.
I would ask of my fellow Republicans this vote. Do you believe you can agree to my 4 proposals? If not, please why not? I doubt a single Democrat will agree. And the major reason is I do not call for any human to be regulated by new laws.
Maybe, just maybe, because dems are fact based. Auto designs ? Someone has to think about the pollution and its effects on children and the economy. The GOP only cares about running up deficits and not paying for anything . They don’t care about the future. They’d like American great again, back when the life expectancy was 35 years.
Considering that EVERY THING you use in life, your very existence, has a basis in science, which is simply gathering evidence based upon facts before you decide, it’s either use science or let people make decisions based upon what, religion, bias and prejudices ?
RINOs happen. Alas. HUFFINGTON POST, Republicans Who Support Combating Climate Change Urge Trump To Stay In Paris Deal, But a majority remained silent., By Laura Barrón-López.POLITICS 05/31/2017 04:52 pm ET https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/republicans-climate-change_us_592f1825e4b09ec37c314856
But they do not display they are FACT based. They remind me of LBJ who used this to win his election.
