Sen. Hirono: Democrats Have a Hard Time "Connecting" With People Because Of "How Smart We Are"

Is it a burden being so smart? Will Democrats ever be able to relate to ordinary people? Does this present an opportunity for Republicans?

 

The issue is on clear display. The real problem is these folks have an inflated sense of self and overestimate themselves. This arrogance was a key factor in the victory of President Trump.

 

So the Senator is claiming her fellow NDP members are too stupid to absorb multiple issues?

Well, I'm not going to spend any time arguing against that claim, but I'd suggest it should come as a surprise to see more evidence of how pathetic Sen. Hirono is.

We got plenty of aid there, they were just to stupid to figure out how to move it to the people.

They obviously have not advanced past the spear so we should pull all technology from them and let them run wild and live happily.

Getting aid to PR is easy. Even with all of the east coast ports in the US closed down from the CONUS hurricanes we still got more than enough supplies to the island in a matter of days.

What isn't easy is getting Puerto Ricans off their ass and into trucks to deliver the supplies.

You know, like the millions of bottles of water left sitting on airstrips and all the food rotting and being tossed in dumpsters.

If it wasn't for federal agents raiding warehouses in PR, they still wouldn't have electricity.

They're the perfect democrat: like helpless baby birds with their mouths open.

 

The way they could have "moved it to the people" is called roads R-O-A-D-S. They didn't have any because the hurricane destroyed them. Duh!
