We are getting stuck in a rut again

Homosexuality used to be against the law and homosexuals were often arrested for indecent behavour

you keep making false statements, and I keep correcting you. Don't want me to do that? Stop making demonstrably false statements.

at no time in the history of the US, was homosexuality ever against the law, anywhere, in any state. They were arrested for violating sodomy laws, which were unconstitutional. Sodomy laws do not outlaw homosexuality. They outlawed sodomy, which every heterosexual has also participated in.

The SCOTUS didn't reject the States...these cases were brought by individuals, part of the issue in the denial was the issue of individuals having standing to challenge the State's Funding of Medicaid.

    demonstrably false.

no law, at any time in the history of the US, outlawed homosexuality. Ever. It's why you can't cite one.

and those laws must comply with the constitution.

as has been repeatedly pointed out to you, judges have no mechanism to make law. They can and do only determine if an existing law complies with the constitution.

This is basic 6th grade civics.

    Explain Roe v Wade then.

Judges were not picking between one law approving abortion vs one that does not. They created brand new law.

You are quite correct. But doesn't this make you wonder about such laws as those protecting a black from a white? At least that is the alleged intent. To clarify, I mean racist.

We hear all the time how bad and lousy racism is. It seems to be expressed as only a one way event. For instance, how often do you read of a black being racist? No matter what the black does, will you see the media yelling racist at the black?

Black can rape a white woman. Never get called racist. Black can commit a plethora of crimes and escape getting called racist. But let a white do it and the first term yelled is racist.

So when a person yells a racist term, doesn't the same rule you apply to homosexuals apply to race issues?

You still have NOT cited a law against homosexuality....the sodomy law is the sodomy law.....and heterosexuals practice sodomy so it was NOT a law against homosexuals..

NOW can you show where this relates to Planned Parenthood??
